Q: People keep asking if Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars can fit & you keep saying the same thing! We get that it’s compatible with the mini Pixar’s BUT will Hot Wheels or Matchbox also fit? If not I will be returning it after I receive my order.

    False advertising

    The size-reference photo with the boy shows a sizable truck with the cars roughly the size of a matchbox car, which is not so. I purchased this for a 2-year-old and the mini car is definitely a choking hazard. It otherwise seems like a sturdy toy, cute for older kids, but there was intentional false advertising in the photos.

    Super cute and compact!

    Don't be discouraged by the negative reviews on this. It was clearly made for the minis and not regular sized hot wheel cars. We bought this along with the mini cars collection. Our son loves this. It was a perfect compromise for buying more toys. It's compact and can be stored nicely away!

    Do not recommend.

    This is so cute and my 3 yr. old grandson loves it. But he becomes very frustrated when the mini cars fall out of the sides of the truck! I think there should be either a higher guard rail or two slats ie railing to keep the little cars inside. That way it is much more fun to transport the cars. And I won’t step on them! Ouch!
