Good hair product/Terrible shippin packaging
I love this mousse however I don't know how it made it to my house intact. This is the second time I've had this happen-the box was smashed in and the mousse was wrapped in one sheet of brown paper which would hardly protect it. Why does it look like it's been stomped on? It amazes me how carelessly it is handled.

One of the items is broken
I will be returning one of the bottles. The spray mechanism on top is broken - cannot dispense the product. Someone should have caught this when pulling the items. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. The product itself is a good product. I wish you stocked it in the store.
