I've been using the wrong toothbrush.
I've always opted for hard bristle toothbrushes until I tried this one. It's much softer on my teeth and gums. It still leaves my teeth feeling just as clean without the harsh sense of me, scraping them clean. My teeth feel nice and glossy and my gums aren't scratched. Its very sensitive on the teeth but also very affective.

Not so Soft
I found the Colgate 360 Optic White Whitening Manuel Toothbrush to be harder than expected. I don't consider this to be a soft toothbrush I would call it a medium to hard as it's stiff. I have tried it more than once and it's not getting any softer and it's really hurting my gums the more I try to use it SO I had to stop in fear of damage to my teeth and gums. This is not for me, I bought it because I have sensitive gums and wanted a soft brush and this just isn't working out.
