I received the product and found that the battery inside had a problem. There is no problem with starting the instrument with its own battery, but it is a bit unexpected that this happens after turning on the battery.

Worst purchase ever, especially for the price! My temp reads at 95F and my sick child at 98F when the other thermometer reads at 101F. Way off! They should be discontinued!

Didn’t read accurately. Purchased to check my kids temperature and it would change 3-4 degrees when placed in the same spot over and over again. Maybe it was just mine, but it didn’t work well at all.

This is a terrible infrared temperature reading. One temp reading at 95.7 and another one at 97.1 and we are all healthy. Going to return, doesn’t measure accurately.

The thermometer is excellent for quick reading of forehead temperature. All forehead thermometers are about 1/2 a degree lower than normal readings. So you just have to keep that in mind.

I'm very happy with this thermometer. Not only is it incredibly simple to set up, but it's also very straightforward to use. I appreciate the ease in it glowing green with a temperature in the normal range, and that it glows red and beeps when the temperature is in fever range. Its lightweight and easy to take in a purse or travel bag.

I love the sleek design and the sturdy, yet lightweight, feel of it. This design allows for easy wiping to disinfect! Not a lot of nooks and crannies to get around...
I absolutely LOVE my under the tongue thermometer and it was my go to, but it is not always the best option with kids. I have been scanning my temp and my family's temp daily for two weeks. This thermometer scans with consistency and accuracy in seconds. I feel confident this is the replacement I have been looking for to finally place my under the tongue thermometer into the closet forever!
Tip: Know your personal normal temperature since "adult normal" can range from 97-99, and babies and children could have a higher range.

This infrared thermometer is top notch. I use it on multiple patients per day in a clinical setting and I have verified its results with a second infrared thermometer of a different band to insure its accuracy. It is contactless, easy to use and patient friendly. Ideal use in todays COVID-19 climate.

Super easy to use! With others I have used in the past I hate when there are multiple buttons to press (On/off and scan) and the fact that this has one main button makes it super simple to check my little ones in the middle of the night in the dark! I love that it is touch less and I feel like it is super accurate. I also love that it glows red when the temperature is high! I would definitely recommend!

This thermometer records temperatures between .5 and 1 degree cooler than actual temperature... I basically go around the house recording everyone's temperature and then subtract the difference for the suspected sick person.
[The healthy people will register in the 97's.... and an elevated temperature might read 98.1.]
Sure, it's easy to use.... but if it's not accurate, then what's the point?
