The dryer cuts off. I can only operate it on low. Operating on high definitely will make it cut off

Bought this and used it 1 time and it broke. Horrible purchase

First use my husband says, your hair looks like you went to salon! Yes, that's the goal. Easy to use, perfectly packed, and in love with this dryer.

The dryer worked great for rhe first 4 months then it stopped working. I used the dryer twice a month for deep conditioning only.

Great dryer. I was able to continue my biweekly hair care regimen. This is a great dryer for a great price!

I honestly like this hair dryer. I received this as a Christmas gift from my husband. I definitely was surprised unwrapping it. This is my second time using it. I blow my hair on low hot. High hot/warm the dryer gets pretty loud. It also gets very hot to me personally on high hot. Low hot is very comfortable in temperature and noise. I also love how compact this is. It’s portable. I have natural hair. Weekly I would w as my hair and do two strand twist for air drying. My husband got me this to cut the drying time. I say this because I am excited to use this after a day at the pool on vacation. I can wash my hair and have a cute curl fro later for dinner within an hour. The first time I used this I sat under the drier for an hour and a half. I used perm rods, but because I put too much hair on each rod the curls were not completely dry. They were damp so I left the curls in it’s tight form to sit dry. I am not trying it out for my twist outs for my work week. Hopeful they last longer. A lot of reviews complained about the bonnet. Yes it is tight. Especially when trying to put it on over rollers. There is space for rollers but I don’t think the big grey ones will fit. I do feel that the plastic stretches a bit though like another review I have indents on my forehead where the cap was. Of course the impression will not stick, but it just shows it’s level of tightness. Overall I like the hair dryer for what I do to my hair. I could even seem myself using it for deep conditioning. The air from the dryer balloons the plastic cap. My only concern is the difficulty to remove the nozzle from the cap for storage.

This is a nice Dryer it dries very well it has options of heat control and my thick hair dried quickly.

the bonnet is sooooo tight. Its a PU bonnet so its not very flexible and the elastic is so tight, maybe child sized although I know I have a slightly large head. It was just pokey and uncomfortable. As far as the actual f dryer and drying it works fantastic just wish i didn't have the lines on my forehead after being done from it being so tight.

Dryer stopped working after a month of use

The elastic on the cap is too tight even for a child. There was also no room to adjust cap hopefully this one was just a bad batch. I will exchange it for another one. Other than that it gets really hot and its super easy to pack away which is a plus.

Stopped working less than 5 minutes into the first use. A hole formed in the plastic seam of the bonnet from the heat, on high/hot. I really like the concept and the setup, it’s very convenient and portable but the quality is just not there. Returned the same day.

Got this on a killer clearance deal in-store. Works great especially for the price I paid!

Purchased, picked up and used it in a matter of hours and it broke. Poor quality- hose keep slipping off of connector and the hood drawstring broke. Do not waste you time on this one. I am saving tyou time and disappointment.

i love this! it dried my 4C short/medium length locs after washing really well! i love the portability. I can dry my hair without burning my ears or vs getting into the awkward positioning you have to do to ensure the back gets dried as well.

Worked fine first use, completely stopped working 10 minutes into 2nd use. Returning.

The dryer works perfectly well for me! it shortens the time it takes for my twist outs to dry which is a plus.
