Best IPhone/Phone period.
I’ve heard people say mixed feelings on this phone. Battery life is great I barely charge it daily. I’ve never had overheating which I hear a lot. The performance on this phone is s tier and above on any other phone I’ve ever owned. And every picture I’ve taken is just vividly and detailed so well that I don’t touch it up before posting them it’s just built that way at default. Listening to music has never been better I don’t even need my portable radio when I play music off this phone the speakers are insane. In other words people hold up 12-14 as the best iPhones no 16 pro max is better in every way. It just depends if you like larger phones.

Phone was a dud
Overheated constantly including when being charged, the battery drained extremely fast - went from 99%-77% in a 45 minute car ride without being used. I exchanged the phone for something different, hoping it works better

Very disappointed
Very disappointed with the performance of the new phone. Within the first few days of use, the phone started glitching — the screen lags and sometimes doesn't respond to touch right away. Also, sometimes the screen flickers, distorting the image with small black lines across the entire screen!

Upgrading to New iPhone was Very Easy!
Just received my new iPhone 16 and really like how it works and feels. Lots of upgrades from my 12 iPhone. Clear and sharp screen. The process to change from my old phone to my new one went very smoothly, just took time to transfer data over wi-fi. Turning in my old phone for credit was also very easy. All the instructions and the actual mail box came with my new phone. All I had to do was reset my phone so there were no log in passwords, charge it up, and then package it up to drop it off at a UPS store. Too easy!

Nice bump up
The newest iPhone 16 Pro Max is a pretty great step up from my 13 Pro Max. Nicer camera, better audio and great battery life. I’m very happy with it! Also, had a great buying experience and received full trade-in value for my old iPhone 13 Pro Max.
