Q: do u need wi-fi for it to work?
A: It requires Internet access. The 64GB version is WiFi only. The 128GB version has both WiFi and wired connectivity.

A: You can connect the Apple TV to your TV via HDMI and download the Spectrum TV App within the Apple TV to stream Spectrum TV.

Q: Is the Apple TV device a DVR? Can it replace my cable box?

Q: please explain how to connect to the ethernet

An ethernet cable can be plugged in from your router to the ethernet port on the Apple TV, located in between the port where power cord connects and the HDMI port.
