  • A: I don't know if this item can be set to be ordered on a regular basis. I recall that it would mentioned subscription purchase or something like that if you wanted to get it regularly. I only ordered this flavor a few times. The packing doesn't always hold up well in delivery, depending on what else is included in the order. I usually get the milk chocolate in the 8-count box and don't order on any regular basis.

    Old/Spoiled product

    I use these as coffee creamer. I had used 3 with no issues. The 4th shake was pouring very slow. Barely came out of the container. No issues with the container. I squeezed it over the sink and it was very thick like it was old or spoiled. The product was no where near the expiration date. These are very expensive and it is disappointing that I need to throw them out. I will never buy these again.

    I am not rating the product; I am displeased with the packing. Every time I order the 4 packs, they arrive with broken cartons. The individual containers get banged up and vent. This time one carton was missing a container. I ordered 6. 4 came intact. 2 had broken cartons. There were only 7 instead of 8. The shipping box was not broken. I am bewildered how 1 individual container didn't make it into the box.

    Very disappounted!

    These may have been fantastic but they came all smashed and popped open in the box. Right along with our pumpkin pop tarts. Both smashed, busted open and protein shake all over everything. We live 65 miles from the nearest Target. I can’t even return this mess!

    best shakes ever

    I have one of these every day, I buy it in the big box. I love mocha coffee but not the sugary syrups that coffee places use, and these really hit the spot. More affordable too! I've lost about 10 pounds using these as meal replacement. Please, always keep making these!

    Better Hot than Not, take special care, avoid fire

    Atkins wants you to serve this iced, apparently afraid you will detect a taste of some ingredient. But it tastes delicious hot! HOWEVER, it is essential you DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HEAT IT IN A MICROWAVE to a temperature of your liking IN THE TETRA PAK CONTAINER with the round spout. That spout conceals a piece of metal which could causes sparking, and resultant damage to humans and/or surroundings. If the product had safe packaging, I would have rated it a 6.!!!
