Terrific for sensitive skin!
I have very sensitive skin and was looking for a new moisturizer. I had used Kiehl's Ultra Facial for years and had been happy with it till around 2019/2020 - when they changed their formula and added squalane, which seems to irritate my skin. I tried several other products since then - which were all hit and miss. I finally decided to experiment and purchase Aveeno's Calm and Restore Oat Gel Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin. I had tried a couple of other Aveeno products that were fine for the body but not the face. However, this one is terrific! It definitely moisturizes well but doesn't feel too heavy and it doesn't bother my skin at all. In fact, it gives it a very gentle and calming effect. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using this moisturizer for about a week. The gel texture is light and absorbs quickly without feeling sticky. I'm surprised that Aveeno used phenoxyethanol, a known skin irritant, as a preservative in this. Its pretty high on the ingredient list, too, meaning the concentration is probably too high for many of us. This causes both flaking and sores on my skin, likely becaues of the phenoxyethanol.

I absolutely love this moisturizer. It is a gel, not a cream. It feels great while I'm using, goes on smooth and easy. It leaves my skin feeling soft, clean, fresh and happy. I love that it has soothing oats in it. It is great for skin barrier. Also, it seems like a small jar, but you need so little of it each time, I feel like it will last me quite a while. Another win for Aveeno. This is my first time purchasing this moisturizer, but I will def keep using it. It is fantastic.

I really like this moisturizer as it soothes my sensitive skin with its non-greasy, non-sticky formula—it’s very impressive. The only drawback is that it comes in a 50ml jar and is quite expensive for the amount, finishing in less than a month since the gel formula encourages using a little extra. They should introduce a larger size at a better pricing.

I bought this a week ago and it really works wonders! It calmed my irritated, damaged and flaky skin so much in just a few days! Truly calming and healing. Would really recommend. In addition, every time I apply this product, my skin feels hydrated and healthy and most importantly, it did not make my damaged skin barrier sting! If there was a sting, it would be the most teeny-weeny sting especially when compared with other products. This is for a damaged skin barrier. I would truly recommend this product as I am very amazed with this product with how it calmed my redness so much and helped repair my skin barrier

Cute little packaging. The moisturiser is lightweight and thin. It doesn't have strong or overpowering scent which js best for sensitive skin. The texture is non greasy and lightweight which absorbs beautifully in the skin. The skin felt smooth and hydrated throughout the day. I would definitely buy it in the future
