Contains milk and soy., Warning: Never use microwave to warm formula. Serious burns can result. Prepared formula needs to be fed immediately after preparation or refrigerated within 1 hour after mixing. Prepared refrigerated formula must be used within 24 hours. After feeding begins, use the prepared formula within 1 hour, discard any leftover formula and do not re-use. Powdered formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to an infant diagnose with immune problems unless directed and supervised by a healthcare professional.
