I will say that if you don’t drink at least the 200ml of water with these vitamins the taste will remain in your mouth, which isn’t the most pleasant. I did notice that my cravings were a bit lower than normal, but overall I’m not sure how effective they really were

It doesn't have a bad taste/aftertaste and the pills were easy to swallow. The package was easy to open. Make sure your drinking plenty of water with this product.

There’s no bad aftertaste and the product is not overly expensive. The packaging is straightforward like any other supplement, but after taking these for a few weeks, I can’t say that they made a difference in my appetite. I didn’t have any adverse reaction, but I was hoping for more of a result in suppressing appetite and cravings. That said, I didn’t have any negative experience while taking these, but I’m not sure if I would purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why did you pick this product vs others?: This appears to have a lot going for it as a weight-loss probiotic. GLP-1 is the same stuff that ozempic is (more below), and chromium picolinate is supposed to help with appetite suppression. That said, the marketing is confusing. This does not contain any GLP-1 agonist, which is an actual medication not sold over the counter. What it does have is a "proprietary blend" that supposedly increases natural production of the GLP-1 hormone. Honestly
