I have this coffee maker and i know to some might not be the best but I've owned alot of appliances with this brand and think they're pretty affordable and long lasting. This coffee maker is very simple and easy to operate with a set timer that brews my coffee when needed.

This is an all around great coffee pot. I have this as well as a keurig and sometim3s you just want a giant pot of coffee to take cups from without waiting for it to be made. I'd recommend this coffee machine.

This coffee maker did not last very long. We only drink 1 pot of coffee a day and this appliance did not last 2 years. It was a little difficult to understand the programming but once I figured it out, it worked. It was a little more expensive then other brands that lasted longer.

This is a very good coffee maker. I have had several fails but this continues to meet our coffee needs. I've had Buns, Mr Coffee, off brands. This one does what I want...makes great coffee. It is a standard of a good coffee maker. I have a grinder. The coffee maker with the grinder failed too soon. I've had the makers with hot water ready to brew but they wasted my presious coffee that I roasted and ground. I've a French press, a vacuum pot. None can beat this one. It isn't cool looking but the coffee is great. Who care how it looks if the coffee is great?

I have now had this coffeemaker for over 5 yrs and going strong. I have enjoyed the options it offered. However, like a lot of reviews, the carafe recently broke. If this is a B & D sight, why are all the questions referred to another company. Shouldn't a carafe replacement be a simple fix?

The coffee machine worked okay, coffee grounds in the coffee was disappointing. My problem is the carafe (coffee pot), mine broke, I ordered a replacement (a CM2020) and it doesn't fit, my coffee maker is a CM2020b, I can't find a "b" so I thought the CM2020 must be the replacement. Do I toss the coffee machine and the new coffee pot??? Very disappointed.
