The product seems to work like described but when it was delivered it did not come in a product box and I was worried that it would not work.

Or just save your $.If you already have a water pit you can use that.

I've struggled with itchy ears for a long time. This device is so gentle and effective, it has helped my ears feel cleaner and less waxy which has helped significantly reduce the itch! Wish I'd found it sooner!

At first I was afraid to use this tool, but the instructions are very easy to understand and made use a breeze. Super easy to use in the shower once or twice a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not sure what to expect but after using the Wish Ear Cleaner pro, I really couldn't tell any difference. You can't tell if any debris was removed from the canal or not. I used the Wish in the shower as I was not sure of its spray pattern or flow. I had problems with the water reservoir seating properly as it did not slide easily into position. Other than that it worked well and is powerful. I just felt like one ear was clogged up for a good while after treatment.

I have to say I really love the WUSH Ear Cleaner. It's quick & easy to use & it seems to work pretty well. There are three settings but using the lightest pressure setting works fine most of the time. After flushing my ears, I can see the dry, flaky skin it washed out & on my first use, I was able to get some ear wax out. It charges using a USB cord but, unfortunately, they don't include the wall plug. The unit has a water reservoir that you can fill by taking it off or by using a quick-fill opening. One thing that's really nice is it is waterproof so you can use it by tilting your head & letting the water drain into the cup provided or you can use it right in the shower. I've been using this the recommended 1-2 times per week & so far I'm very happy with this product & would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wush Ear cleaner is a medium pressure ear canal washer/ lavage. Very easy to use, pretty much stick the nozzle in ear and Wush does the rest. I can't really comment on effectiveness ( better than other methods) but sure is easy: especially if take into shower as no mess in there.

I plugged it in to charge via USB cable provided before first use. I ran it on pressure level 1 of three options with warm tap water. Only takes a few seconds. I did it over the sink, but the detailed instructions say you can use it in the shower which would be even more convenient. I also followed the instructions to get any excess water out of my ear after use. Overall it helped to clear my ear wax buildup. Worth a try.

This has really been a great help in keeping my ears free from wax buildup. This is so simple and easy to use and doesn't take long to get your ears clean and wax free. I use it every other day while in the shower. The warm water stream cleanses your ears with each one of the 3 different settings depending on how much pressure you need. The nozzle is also flexible making it easy to adjust for comfort. I like that this charges by USB and keeps a charge for a good amount of time before having to recharge. It also comes with 6 different tips that are reusable. This works great for me because my whole family can use this. It really does help especially if you struggle with excessive ear wax.

I have always been funny about putting things in my ears so I was a bit skeptical when it came to this. I was pleasantly surprised. The Wush was very simple to use and came with everything I needed to safely clean my ears. It has 3 settings so I was able to start out soft and move up to a heavier spray. It felt very comfortable in my ear and easily cleaned out all the build up in my ears. What a difference this thing has made in my life. My daughter is in love with it too and she is very funny about her ears so thank you Wush!!

I have been having a little problem with sounds in my ear sometimes and I think it may be because of the wax because this device really helped take care of that.
