Total waste of money. Every time I try to turn on this camera, it just spins endlessly and never connects. The device is placed right next to the WiFi, so that’s not the issue. In short: save yourself the frustrations, skip this product.

I bought this to be able to keep an eye on my dog when hes out in backyard and for in the house when I'm not home. i mainly use the "live view" which often has issues connecting, times out or freezes. this is my main frustration with them. The video quality is fine but night vision could be better.

The Blink App will not download in the Apple Store. I have the latest iOS updated followed everything it says on their website. I looked it up and saw that I’m not the only one.

Easy set up, I like that it came with batteries. I am getting the $3.99m($40yr )plan. I thankfully had a drill and was able to mount it above my garage. Gives me peace of mind.

I got it at a good discount, so the price was quite nice, and the installation was problem-free. However, I suspect it might be easy to hack or that some functions aren’t working properly, because when it’s armed, the camera doesn’t detect me even when I stand right in front of it — I end up needing to delete and reinstall the device. One time when it’s armed. I use live view, I can see two people in the upper-right corner of the screen, but the camera doesn’t detect them at all and records nothing. Anyway, I decided to keep using it since it still lets me see what’s going on around my home when I’m not there. ⸻ If you like, I can help you tweak the wording a bit to sound more natural in English (for a review post, for example).

Blank was unable to have a successful installation on an Android Google platform. It didn't work. Spent many hours trying to make it work, it's just a camera. Should be pretty easy. Target was great. Refunded product.

What I love is the original price was high I got it for $30 something the quality is amazing even on face time showing people I got a lot of people looking into buying it that’s how great it works

Initially it worked to store the clips with trial subscription but then the features stopped working and asking me to buy the subscription plan (highest plus plan to cover more than 1 devices). So basically this device needs full subscription then only it will work. The advertising is misleading, rather worth to buy some other brands with similar subscription plan rather than this hidden things.

this camera is so awesome. I got the 3 pack and it records amazing and vividly. I told my neighbor about it and she's buying one too. the night view is good as the day view. game changer for me.

I bought this camera to put at my door and wanted something at a reasonable price. This is a different brand than two other cameras that I have and enjoy. There are three main pain points: 1-the notification comes through to my phone EXTREMELY delayed and most of the time, is after the person has left the viewable area (my other brand cameras notify me almost instantly, as in if I open the app when the notification occurs, the apartment complex’s employee is still in the process of entering the door to my unit) 2-during the free trial when it would save the recordings, they were not long enough to record what occurred and started well after the movement started (this camera usually only saved a 5 second clip, MAYBE 10 seconds, other brand averages 30-60 seconds) 3-this requires a subscription to have saved clips after the trial. The description said it had micro SD card capability. What it didn’t say was that it was with a different sync module model. One of my other brand cameras saves to the cloud for 30 days and has downloadable capability (so if I need to keep the clip, I download it right away). The other one has an SD card slot in the camera. 4-when I changed the batteries, the screw to access the battery compartment is underneath the swivel mount that is clipped on by inserting it on top of the screw. One of the clips holding the mount to the camera broke when I removed it to access the battery compartment. It reattached but I need to hold both the base and the camera when adjusting the camera angle or the camera will detach from the mount. I would not recommend at all save to pull up the camera to monitor as something occurs/is heard from inside your home (and even then you probably will miss whatever is outside). And if you use it for this purpose, definitely buy it when it is extremely on sale. This is barely worth the sale price I paid for the camera.

Requires $100/year subscription (not mentioned in product description). Tried to return, but target won't take it back within 30 days.

I ordered this camera online and picked it up at the Target Ala Moana store. When I got home and opened the box, I was very disappointed to see that all three cameras had visible scratches on the surface. It’s clear that this was not a brand-new product but rather something used or previously returned. For the price, I expected new and undamaged cameras. Very frustrating experience from Target, as I trusted I would receive a new, sealed product.

Great picture and easy to use. Sale price makes it worth it.

I received this complementary for testing purposes, but this does not affect my opinion on this product. I like that the device is small and light and was so easy to set up myself on my phone. The app is really simple to use. It does give you a free 30 day trial however, I think two actually save the recordings you need to buy a subscription. I will be installing this outside of my home for more security period so far, I really like it, and I would recommend it to others.

It takes to long to activate when it detects motion. Most clips only get the target exiting the camera view. Video and audio quality it’s good. But kind of defeats the purpose of security if it doesn’t get the entire encounter on video
