This is the absolute best thing for breading fish! Forget those mixes! They have all kinds of unhealthy additives. Just dunk your filet in an egg wash, then dredge in corn flour to which you have added salt and pepper to taste. Sauté in a minimal amount of olive oil, and there you have it. I have tried using cornmeal for this purpose, but it's gritty and doesn't stick uniformly to my fish. Cornflour gives a light crispiness, and you can season it any way you like. I make a mustard cream sauce in the pan after I have cooked the fish, and the corn flour helps thicken the sauce a bit. Yum!

I've baked 286 loaves in my Zogiruchi bread maker with a 1/2 cup of corn "flour." (blended with whole wheat, whit and rye) The loaf always turned out a bit lumpy in the crust. NOW, with your grind of corn flour, loaf 287 turned out PERFECT. I'm so glad I found your source of corn flour. Thank you many times over.

I'm sure as corn flour goes, this is a fine product. However, I'm not a fan of its flavor and seemed a little bitter to me. I think you'd want to be very specific about how and when to used it.

This corn flour has it all - it's organic, whole grain and it has an amazing flavor! Everything I tried to make with it tasted great and spread a delicious smell on my kitchen. The texture is extremely fine, mixes very well with other flours without getting the crumbling of corn meal. I used mostly in combination with gluten free flours (almond, coconut, rice), yields amazing cornbread and muffins, pancakes and blinis. I sometimes make porridge / pudding out of it, like a finer polenta, cooks fast either on the stovetop or in the microwave.

Me gusta! It tastes fresh and it is certified Organic which means it is supposed to be a non-GMO. Just the way God created it. I like it and I will buy more of it.

Great products! I like to know what is in what I eat so I make my own coating mix for fish and chicken. I control the salt and spices. Corn and rice flours plus a little corn meal, salt and pepper and onion powder, celery seed.

Perfect breading to achieve restaurant quality fried seafood!! No caking resulting in light relatively low grease frying. just remember to have the oil at the correct temperature when beginning and let it recover between batches. I highly recommend this product.
