Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Yellow Corn Polenta - Case of 4/24 oz

The grind on this is perfect for creamy, delicious polenta. It's also nice to know it is made in a gluten free facility so I don't have to worry about serving this to my gluten sensitive family and friends.

These grits are delicious and cook up quickly. My husband has Celiac disease and must eat gluten free. He enjoys having his grits in the morning. Believe it or not it is hard to find Gluten Free grits in our Manhattan neighborhood. The stores do carry Bob’s Red Mill but not the gluten free items. We will be reordering as soon as our supply runs low. We appreciate being able to order Bob’s gluten free products online.

I finally tried these grits (instant type method), just plain with salt and butter. Initially I only put in the recipe amount of salt (I think was 1/2 tsp, but I wasn't wearing glasses). It was not enough salt for me, grits were nice texture but bland. I increased the salt by about a teaspoon, and they were good. I added butter and they were delightfully satisfying! I can't find my white grits I used to buy any more, so I was looking for a replacement brand. For some reason the major brand name instant grits always made my stomach hurt. These were plenty quick to make, and tasted great, AND my stomach didn't hurt after eating, felt fine. They have a nice texture, maybe slightly finer than the stone ground grits I used to buy and slightly larger than the polenta I've bought. This is a winning replacement for me!! I'm very pleased with this product, and look forward to modifying the recipe with add-in spices, fruits, veggies, maybe even add some pulled pork like I use to. Thanks Bob's Red Mill!

I have bought these for a couple of years now and prefer the Gluten Free. They have great flavor and my favorite way to have them is with a little bit of Huckleberry Honey.

This polenta makes for a great breakfast cereal when combined with coconut milk, honey, and a few spices; and also makes a yummy savory dish. Recently, I combined the polenta with pesto and served baked polenta squares with sautéed portabella mushrooms, it was great.

Taste and texture are perfect. I just wish it was more readily available in grocery stores.

I love your gluten free corn grits, also hard to find in local grocery stores. Love to make creamy polenta to maybe go with over easy eggs for a meatless Lenten dinner, or even better to make shrimp and grits!

Just found these lately on website and gave them a try this week! They are really good. Done in 5 minutes. Gonna need to stock up on these grits.

I ordered this for my Mom. We’re both a little gluten sensitive and we love Bob’s Red Mill products. Some of the gluten-free items are getting hard to find in the stores. I just wish shipping wasn’t so much.

Love this Polenta! It’s a little heartily than instant grits you would find in the grocery stores. Once it cools, it solidifies so well you could slice it. I also added in vegan cheese and it was delicious!! Will definitely be ordering again.

Bob's is easy to use, and the polenta tastes great. We like polenta fried in a skillet with some marinara sauce. We also add sausages or chicken breasts. Very good!

This is a great product. The texture is much smoother and taste much better than any other of this type of product I have ever had.

I started using these grits after relying on the individual instant packets and I never realized how easy it is to make grits on the stove. These are much more flavorful too – never going back!
