Pronounced positive effects
It’s a little finicky to work with but it works great. I can always tell when I didn’t drink this after a workout—I’m noticeably more sore. And for price, and calorie, per gram of protein, I think this is really tough to beat. Normal whey products don’t sit well with me, goat whey is expensive, vegetable protein requires large amounts—this is the best stuff I’ve found!

Would not get it again
I don’t know how to use it, it doesn’t dissolve in anything / any temperatures hot or cold - very clumpy. I feel like I’ve been tricked into buying this not good for anything product

This is my second container and wonderful. Best thing is it’s grass fed and reasonably priced. Love that it’s uncomplicated bone broth powder. Blends nicely for smoothies, soups, extra protein in my oats and great for bone broth fasts to improve digestion. ❤️

Good broth
I have tried several bone broths and some I have liked better but they changed the owners or recipe. This one is really good. It is definetly healing my gut and making me feel better.

Anti Aging
I use this powder to increase certain amino acid levels to combat sarcopenia as I age (I am 73) .. it does seem to help in this regard, as long as I refrain from eating to close to bed time. The taste is very tolerable and I consider the product valuable.

Finally a simple protein powder with no additives!
I had been looking for a protein powder with no added flavor and no sweetener. This was the first time I was able to find that! And in a grass fed bone broth too! This is my go-to in the morning when I want to add some protein to my yogurt.
