I bought this for my 77 year old mother and she loves it. We have two of these at our house and a couple of other Bose speakers which we use all the time and she said she wanted one for her house. I thought she would have a hard time remembering how to connect Spotify to it, but so far so good! My dad recently passed away and every time we go up to her house, she has it in the kitchen, garage, her sewing room, etc jamming to her country music! ;)

I’ve had this speaker for a little over a month now and it sounds amazing. I couldn’t be happier with it. Please don’t let its size fool you. It’s small in stature but it produces huge sound. The Bose app gives you the ability to customize the sound to your liking and getting it all connected is a seamless experience. The 360 sound is a real game changer. You can hear the difference in sound based on where it’s placed. I highly recommend the Bose smart speaker to anyone looking for a well rounded speaker that doesn’t disappoint. Salute to Bose for creating such a wonderful sound experience.

I’m a Bose speaker fan. Through the years I’ve owned many of their speakers. Recently I bought this Bose Portable Speaker. It connects seamlessly to my Bose speaker ecosystem (smart soundbars in two rooms). The multi speaker feature of these speakers allow me to enjoy music in sync throughout the house. On its own, the speaker has great bass response as you come to expect from Bose. No apparent distortion in high volumes. I love the portability of it. I can enjoy Alexa features and HiFi music in my backyard, even while sitting in the jacuzzi. When done, you just bring the speaker back inside to recharge and be ready as an Alexa. I recommend this product.

I had this device for about a week now. It's a bit hard for me to figure out. I'm getting by though. The sound is great. I had to get a wifi extender to use this in the backyard, as intended. So far I'm pleased with my purchase.

I don’t like the fact it doesn’t connect to the app, I don’t like the fact Google assistant never works, but most of all I don’t like the Bluetooth which breaks up! Apple has issues with Bluetooth too so who knows who’s at fault; all I know is JBL works fine!

Add this speaker for a couple of years. Issues are the button identification is difficult if you have poor eye sight. Also when you run your fingers over the buttons you cannot differentiate between them. We have recently stuck a red dot on the volume up button. This is also helpful is the lights are off and what to use the volume buttons instead of asking Alexa to turn the volume down.

Great sound but lots of issues with the battery. I learned how to reboot it. But I need to do it all the time. If you have issues make sure to read product manual. You would think it is not necessary. But this is a small computer and it has lots of codes and blinking lights that mean different things. I read some reviews that said the speaker stopped working. They clearly did not read the manual.
