The quality of these are top notch. The sound is clear and is high quality. My ear is not attuned to bass and treble and whatnot, but I can tell that the sound is not basic. There isn’t much interference that crosses over. The fit was comfortable for my adult ears and my son’s 8 year old ears. They paired fast and easy. The app is a nice addition but not necessary. I’m scared to invest in pricey headphones due to potential for getting lost but man are these worth it!

These Bose QC Ultra 2 Earbuds are absolutely amazing. Sound quality is exactly what you would expect from Bose which is top notch. The noise canceling feature does a phenomenal job of blocking all outside noise and they are extremely comfortable to wear for long periods. I would recommend these headphones to everyone for themselves or as a gift.

WOW! I've used ear buds from a different brand for years, and thought I knew good sound. I was wrong! First off - the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) are super comfortable. They have two different parts of them that have size options (small, medium, large) to ensure a good fit in your ear. The default medium for both works great for me - staying stable in my ear in a way that my previous buds don't. I have no concerns that they may fall out or anything. The sound in these is excellent - good bass and mids, and an overall pleasant sound experience. The spatial sound features are pretty neat - it can make the sound turn with your head and move around you. The pass through sound works well too, so you can hear your music/radio clearly while still hearing what's going on around you. I prefer that for when mowing the lawn or walking at the park so I still have awareness to my surroundings. All in all these are excellent. They look great, fit well, stay in well, and sound awesome.

I’m very fussy about earbuds and these Bose are unbelievable! Right out of the box, they are so easy to pair. The Bose app is straightforward and fast. Grateful for an app that simplifies without confusing instructions. I’m really impressed with how comfortable they feel too. There are different sizes for a great fit. But the best feature, hands down, is the sound quality and noise cancellation. Settings are easy to customize and the result it is just “wow!” Other amazing details are the touch settings and charging. The earbuds last all day and recharge quickly in the case. The case is sturdy and compact- awesome for on the go. I highly recommend these and have already bought a pair as a gift. They are remarkable quality and sound!

Purchased month ago. As of right now I will say they are exactly as advertised.

I bought these a month ago I use them almost every day I really like the noise canceling on them now I can watch tv without listening to my wife.

Disclaimer: there’s a learning curve if you’re coming from Apple Airpods to these (still worth trying these 100%) and downloading of the Bose app required to set these up. The earbuds came at 60% battery and was able to use right away. These are really nice, lightweight and pretty amazing. These fit comfortably in the ears, it comes with additional earbuds covers and rings ranging from S-L size. The middle size was already on the earbuds. It also comes with a USB charger and earbud case that charges the earbuds. These comes with simple instructions and the Bose app gives great tips on having the best sound and experience. Also, you can name your earbuds in the app any name you want which is neat in itself. I like the fact that you can customize the sound just the way you like and when I say it blocks out all noise, it really does. It gives true surround sound and it never changes based on movement of the body or your head. The color is pretty nice as well. The battery life is pretty good as well. If you’re looking for earbuds to block out noise when you need to be in the zone, in the gym, in need of quiet time or whatever the case is, you won’t be disappointed choosing these.

These Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are hands-down the best I’ve ever used. For the first time, I’ve found earbuds that actually stay in my ears no slipping, no adjusting, even during intense workouts. I’ve finally ditched my over-the-ear headphones and all the annoying cords. They go in easily and feel so soft, I honestly forget I’m wearing them. The sound quality is incredible everything is crystal clear and crisp. The different listening modes are a standout feature, especially the Cinema mode. It’s like surround sound in earbud form you feel completely immersed, like you’re sitting in a theater. The charging case keeps them powered up, so I never have to worry about dead batteries. And the app is super intuitive setup is quick, and you can control everything from the app or just by tapping the earbuds. If you’ve struggled with in-ear headphones before, give these a try. Ì bought these a couple of weeks ago and its honestly like im heating music for the first time I wasn't sure about the price but now im in the know of why the price is so strong I just hope they last a long time cause I use them alot so we will see !

I’ve been using quietcomfort earbuds for years and these are the best yet. I liked the previous gen but all the quirks were fixed with this one including poor call quality from the mic , the annoying tap when you are stretching and your earbuds cut out , and the wireless charging case addition. Big improvements , amazing noise cancelling. I can’t hear people clanking weights at the gym or airplane noise at all. Big fan!

This is truly an improvement from the Ultra earbuds version 1, I can workout outside and talk on my phone and the people can actually hear me. The update has equally improve my original version. My question is why didn’t they release the update sooner? Know these were the problems and it could be fixed with an update?

Despite purchasing the second-generation earbuds, I was compelled to return them due to a persistent crackling sound emanating from the right earbud while listening to music. I had experienced a similar issue with the first-generation earbuds. While I had anticipated that the second-generation earbuds would offer improved performance, I was unfortunately disappointed.

Great buds so far. 4/5 for two reasons. First, for whatever reasons, they’re not as loud as my previous (non Bose) buds which really surprised me. As someone who likes to turn it up to 11, it leaves a little to be desired in that regard. Second, I’ve used the buds 30-40 times since receiving them 3 weeks ago. In that period I’ve had to reconnect them on three occasions due to one of the buds losing connection. That’s roughly 10% of the time which is a bit high considering I never had this issue with my previous set. If it is at all possible to update via a patch to increase the volume I’d be fully satisfied and bump it to 5*!

Love the three size options of these QuietComfort Ultra earbuds to get that snug fit and full surround sound experience. Not only do you get the ear tips for an inner ear fit but also stability bands that grip the bud into the fold of the inner ear. The noise cancelling is surreal; I can’t hear anything around me with it on. The sound quality is clear and crisp. There’s a setting for sound quality when I’m sitting still versus when I’m moving (they call it ActiveSense). It took about 30-45 minutes for my ear buds to charge which I found incredibly fast compared to other ear buds I’ve tried. Each bud is about the size of a quarter. It fits so good inside the ear that they seem smaller once inside the ear. These earbuds are in the color “white smoke” which is a white with a light gray/cream tone. These buds also feature programmable directives for button pushes. They come programmed to answer calls with one earbud button push, hang up calls with two button pushes, rewind and fast forward music with button pushes, and change the state of surround sound/noise cancellation (they call immersion and quiet modes) with button pushes. I’m very pleased with the new generation of buds for the fit alone. These buds give 6 hours of battery life unless you’re in “Immersive Audio” mode - then it’s 4 hours of battery life. I keep them in the Immersive Mode quite a bit to drown out all the noise around me and get the best of surround sound in my ears. Love these!

Super I Bought a month go their fabulous. It's sounds like your in a bottle. Super product. My only thing is I wish I had know the the blue was coming out, I would have bought instead.

I am a long time Bose customer and have had two Lifestyle systems as well as two the over-ear headphones, and I enjoyed listening to them. So I didn't really hesitate to purchase the earbuds. At first I was very disappointed with both the fit and the sound; however, I switched the earbud tips and it made a huge difference. Once the correct seal was established, the earbuds fit snugly and the sound was exponentially better. The only issue I'm having is mastering the touch controls but I guess that just takes time.

Love the way these fit and the sound quality is well worth the money.

I purchased these earbuds based on Bose reputation for audio quality and noise cancellation, online reviews of the 1st Gen earbuds and recommendations of friends . I am very pleased with the design and with the performance. Both the audio performance and the noise cancellation are outstanding!
