    I purchased these about 3 weeks ago. The sound for music is fantastic, however the call reception for the people your calling for some reason there is a lot of background noise. I use the phone a lot, so these won't work for me. I'm Very disappointed! Now I have to figure out the return process.

    I bought these after I went through the review to say they were best for noise cancelling so I went out on the bus to try them out but they failed to cancel out the noise completely. I could still hear screaming kids. So a bit disappointing.

    I think these earbuds are too quiet for the price. On many songs I have to increase the volume to maximum just to hear it at a "normal" audio level. The bass, while it has a very wide and accurate range, is FAR from punchy, I've had cheap $30 earbuds with better punch in the bass, I'm very dissatisfied with this aspect. Whenever I answer a phone call it automatically switches over to transparency mode, and it gets so quiet that I can barely hear the person even on max volume, transparency being turned on and unable to turn off does not help. For some reason the left earbud is slightly quieter, and the focal point of the sound is off slightly because of it. That being said they're very comfortable, I can wear them at work all day everyday without any soreness in my ears or slippage, the design is improved from the QCII. The battery is good enough for daily use, with my use of them i never have had the earbuds die on me in a single listening session, and the charging case charges them quickly enough I've never had to worry about it. I use them daily and only have to charge the case maybe once a month, if that. The immersion mode isn't all that immersive, pretty gimmicky it just sounds like the sound is coming from about 6" away from your face as opposed to actually being ambient to the room. Bose definitely could do better with this feature.

    I've had my Bose quietcomfort ultra earbuds for about a week. They are the best earbuds I've ever listened to. I've previously had 2 different Sony NC earbuds. Both of them had this annoying hiss. That hiss made me think I was developing Tinnitis. When I listen to my new Bose quietcomfort ultra earbuds there is no hiss, no background distortion. All i hear is crystal clear voice and music. I pair my Bose quietcomfort ultra earbuds with my smart TV and enjoy an enhanced audio experience with every movie I watch. The noise canceling is incredible! They fit in your ears perfectly and comfortably. They are a marvel of cutting edge technology. I absolutely love these earbuds!!!
