    These are less than a year old and won’t charge. This is the 3rd pair of Bose earbuds and I have had poor quality/reliability with all 3 pairs. Great noise canceling but fail after just a few months.

    I own also the Bose Sport and love those too, it took a day or so to get used to the Ultra..it's very important firstly to have the correct size fittings for the ear, I used the Ultra without the APP first and wasn't very impressed, downloaded the App and now it's a whole new world..the Bose Sport are truly excellent if we are moving around a lot, I find them more secure, but in terms of sound quality the Ultra's are on another level, absolutely truly superb especially in 'immersive' just a wow

    I have been using these for a month now, my main usage scenario is office work (video conferences). My previous earbuds had to be replaced as the batteries were failing. In short, this are good earbuds. Pros: * Amazing noise cancelling, better than my previous ones. Sitting on a plane and putting them into your ears is quite an amazing effect. * Good audio quality, microphone seems to be good as well (I have not heard complaints) * Comfortable for me (ear tips and stability bands) Cons: * Average battery life. My previous earbuds lasted longer (when new) and charged quicker. * Max. volume leaves something to be desired.

    I bought these around 1 or 2 months ago. Sometimes it is hard to start the left earpiece if the right earpiece is lifted first. Also, some times it cycles through the modes.

    Great earphones overall, comfort is great sound quality is quite good? Excellent bass, mids and highs. The EQ gives good customization options ib conjunction with the option to create various ANC modes beyond the base 3 choices. I also enjoy the option to match the long press shortcuts via app. The feature set and ANC is also wonderful. There is a bit of work to do on the software as on rate occasion I experienced bugs such as a momentary drop and re synchronize of a single headphone. I also wish that the wireless charging was more direct in terms of advertising, I learned that this requires an additional purchase of a wireless charging capable case. Would recommend overall though.

    Bought them for holiday. Noise cancelling is amazing, airport, flight noise perfect. The sound on these is something else, the quality as youd expect from bose is incredible. The new feature, immersion is very different, interesting and I find it really good the sound somehow is around you, its like listening to multiple speakers. Comfort is amazing, I could have these allday yes they are in my ears but the lt feel like they are not plugged in just comfortably resting there, shake head and they stay in,

    I have every single AirPods that have came out but I still got these as a present. Wow these are so comfortable to wear for hours, noise canceling is fantastic, and the battery last a really long time. They stay on which is a problem I’ve always had with them falling out constantly. These have been my favorite. Had have them for about 3 years and no problems so far. Better then AirPods no doubt about that. 11/10

    Less than 1 month after purchasing: the earbuds began to diminish in sound quality. Now 2 months later: they are completely unusable as they will not play at all. Not sure if I was given previously used earbuds but this is a huge waste of money since it cannot be exchanged.

    I’ve had these for a couple of weeks, they were easy to set up and a great fit. I’ve had Bose Soundsport since they were released and I had high expectations for my upgrade - I wasn’t disappointed. Great that they turn on when inserted, and mute when one is removed. The tap and stroke controls for listening were easy to get used to. They’re excellent for music and phone calls. I’m really impressed by the noise cancelling.

    The noise cancelling and sound quality are very good. You can still hear background in noisy areas but it's much much quieter. I can ride a noisy bus with my music on 10% volume and hear it just fine. At first I had issues with the rubber part of the earbud creating a sound when I stepped but playing around with how much it is rotated in my ear was able to solve this. The main problems I've had are with connection issues. I've tried two pairs, the first would disconnect about a minute after initial connection. The second pair has an issue where the left earbud sometimes takes awhile to connect. Once it connects it works perfectly fine, but this can be an annoying issue to deal with.
