Over priced! It's not a wow machine! Just basic except for size of brew options. Should have been priced under $100. Can't say I'd recommend it. Considering the capacity be just 10 cups one would think the overall size would be smaller. It's a bit bulky on the counter top.

This coffee pot was a waste It lasted maybe 3 months... Then nothing but warm coffee. We had to microwave it so we would have hot coffee Called for warranty replacement but customer service was awful They said they would e mail me instructions but e mail never came Twice!!!! I would not buy again. Note: If you do decide to complain be sure to have receipt If not they go buy manufactured date not sold date. Basically my coffee maker was already out of warranty when it was sold. Three years. Ouch on Target too.

Very satisfied with this coffee maker. Easy to use, and to be able to make a carafe of coffee or by the cup. The coffee is nice and HOT, as it should be! Great price too! 🤩

Unfortunately I cannot give this product a negative star rating. In the two year warranty period I have had 5 replacement machines that have all stopped working. There must be no quality control process for this to happen. There was no problem getting replacements. Average life span is 2 months.

It’s very convenient whether you want just a cup for you & your spouse or even if you have many people over it can make a pot off coffee for those cold nights. It has different settings you can choose either Bold or Gold, Cold brew or over ice over all I think it’s a pretty great coffee maker totally recommended.

Very poor quality. Broke down in less than 4 months and now way to return or replace it. I am not happy with this product at all.

I enjoy good coffee at home. I retired a Bonavita 8 cup maker in favor of this Braun. SCA certified makes a difference! The Bonavita and this Braun are certified to make excellent coffee. This Braun works great! I was thinking I'd like the removable water tank. If you make less than a full pot, it's great. Fill it for a full pot, it's easy to spill water putting it back in place. Not a big deal. I fill the carafe and pour into the tank. My Bonavita made excellent coffee. So does this Braun. I also like having the option of cold brew.

It started out making good coffee, but after a few years and regular descaling, the coffee comes out very bitter and not at all enjoyable. I am looking for a different brand.

First, I'd have to grind the beans (so. much. work.), then measure out the water (who has time for that at 6 am?), and then wait, like, forever for it to brew. Ugh. Total mom fail. But now? Game. Changer. The Braun MultiServe Plus is, like, my new best friend. Seriously. It's so easy to use, even my husband can figure it out (bless his heart). I can choose from, like, seven different brew sizes, which is perfect because some days I need a small cup just to get me through until preschool drop-off, and other days, I need, like, a magnum size to deal with, well, everything. You know what I mean? And the best part? It has this MultiServe dial, so I can choose the strength of my coffee. I like mine strong, like, "wake me up and get the kids to school on time" strong. But my husband prefers his a little weaker, so it's perfect for both of us. No more fighting over the coffee! Hallelujah! Plus, it's, like, so sleek and stylish. It looks amazing on my countertop. It's all black and chrome, very chic, very LA. It's definitely an upgrade from my old, clunky coffee maker that looked like it belonged in a museum. And did I mention the aroma? Oh my god, the aroma! Idk if I got a defective product, but I will be returning. Coffee temp is Luke warm at best. Also if you make a pot of coffee the warmer does not stay on very long, probably 30-45 mins max despite programming it to be on longer. I'm really disappointed in this brand and product.

First I love that I can make a hot cup of coffee in less than 8 minutes and even a cold brew in less than 13 minutes. You can customize your coffee to your liking and it has 7 different brew sizes from a single cup to a full carafe. You can make any coffee you want like Gold, Bold, Over Ice, and my now favorite cold brew. This coffee maker is great quality and has a beautiful sleek stainless steel and black design that will match any kitchen. It’s also very convenient because it’s so quick, easy and efficient. I will admit that I have only made brewed hot coffee and have never used the other brewing options. We just don’t drink iced coffee. I have never had a coffee maker that is this nice before either. Turns out I didn’t know what I was missing. I used the same brand of coffee as always but both my husband and I can tell a difference in the taste of our morning coffee. I read the manual and it was easy to set the clock and it is easy to set the timer to have coffee ready in the morning. I have not had the need to clean it yet so I can’t speak to the ease of the process. Only having the machine for a couple of months I can not speak to the durability of the machine. Overall with the time spent I have had a positive experience and I am happy to have this machine as it certainly has upped my coffee drinking experience.

I got this coffee make less than a year ago. Yesterday the auto in feature stopped working.

I am someone who drinks coffee occasionally but also hosts guests somewhat frequently, so this item is a perfect fit. It has a nice, sleek look, brews quickly and the carafe stays nice and hot. The cold brew function is great too and makes it where everyone gets the kind of coffee they like while only having one machine.

Bought this coffee maker after our Keurig broke. Thought Braun was a reputable company to buy from. From the very first pot it only brews 8 cups and leaves 500 ml of water in the reservoir. This happens with or without coffee grounds. Response from Braun was that due to condensation and water being absorbed by grounds it will never make a full pot. Wish I knew before, will likely try to return it to buy a different brand as our Keurig K-duo lasted a long time and always made a full pot of coffee.

I didn’t rate this a 5 because it’s a little complicated to set up and get used to the different functions. I figured it out quickly but I wouldn’t recommend for someone that wants to make an easy cup of coffee. I also thought the brew process was slower than anticipated. I have a higher-quality machine with fewer functions and can brew a carafe in less than 5 minutes. I haven’t tried the cold brew function yet but I like the fact that I’m able to! Overall this is a nice option for a coffee machine if someone is looking for something a little more luxurious without breaking the bank.
