Discard first three pitchers of filtered water or use to water plants. Replace the water filter every 40 gallons or 2 months. Substances reduced may not be in all users water. The Brita Grand is fantastic for keeping water fresh and tasting great. I love the large size because it holds plenty of water for the whole family, and the filter is easy to replace. The design fits nicely in my fridge, and it pours smoothly without any spills. It’s a simple way to make sure we always have clean, cold water on hand. I use it every day and highly recommend it.

I was given this product by Influenster years ago, and I STILL use it regularly. It allows me to have filtered, fresh water that tastes great at work in my office when I’m not able to get up and refill my cup.

Filter replacement indicated stopped working in less than 10 months and black mold is forming within a week after replacing the filter and cleaning the pitcher. Brita should be embarrassed

I’ve had this pitcher for 6 months and both the inner and outer plastic wall have cracked along the bottom. It leaked all over the fridge. I do not want to purchase a product like this just to have to replace it 6 months later and junk the original. Do better Brita.

I used to have an old Brita pitcher that was used daily for over a decade until my son accidentally dropped it and broke the base. I ordered this new and while I like how fast it fills up and how it does not leak the plastic is much more thin. I accidentally caught the pitcher between the fridge door and the inner wall and a shard of plastic chipped off. I foresee having to replace this pitcher very soon.

Bought the Tahoe pitcher in January 2024. Worked fine up until today when both lights keep flashing alternating red and green. Have tried pressing reset for 5 and up to 10 seconds with no luck. Unreal that this sensor system no longer works after a little over 1 year old!

I just don’t love that the filter needs to be replaced rarely often, depending on how often you use it. But overall it’s a great product, it fits in the fridge, and holds water lol.
