Something is wrong here
I ordered these pillows (in a different size) a few years ago and have enjoyed using them. I just ordered several king size and within a week or so of using them (not even having been washed) splits in the fabric started appearing. Are the casings thinner? Is the fabric poorly constructed. Stop selling these until you can correct the quality problem.

Did Not Expect To Sink Down In 2 FIRM Stacked Pillows
I bought these 2 FIRM pillows to replace flat-“deflated” old pillows that were no longer comfortable for me. I do not lie flat in bed, on 1 pillow. I have to lie at a slight-angle, atop of 2 pillows, to avoid getting “dizzy”. I was very disappointed when I layed down on 1 Firm Queen pillow – because I SANK DOWN, as if lying on 1 Flat Soft Pillow. Not what I expected from a Firm pillow. When I layed down on 2 Firm pillows atop each other, stacked, the top Firm pillow “squished upwards”. Now I place another pillow, vertically, atop the 2 new Firm pillows – and the sinking is better, for me, and I am slightly elevated, as needed. I would recommend IF you want to sink down onto a Soft Pillow.

Not firm and not made like before
I have purchased these pillows twice (king size). The first time they were great and lasted a long time. The second time they came rolled and almost vacuumed sealed. They are not firm at all and become flat before the night is over. Very disappointing especially for the price.

Not what they use to be! This is my fourth time ordering these pillows. The first two times they were nice and firm, and I could fluff them in the dryer when I felt they may be getting a little flat. This latest order (April 2021) they were delivered rolled up and when I opened and unrolled, they were definitely not firm! They come in soft, medium and firm, but the firm are more like the soft now. Will not keep and these will be going back. Too bad, as they were once a very nice pillow.

Right out of the package the pillows didn’t even have stuffing all the way to the ends. I tried to redistribute the filling but it became lumpy, plus it was way too squishy soft.

You wont find better pillows.
We LOVE these pillows. I have actually reordered them twice. Once for our guest bedding and the second to replace our smoke damaged ones from wildfires. If you want pillows to put in shams, I suggest getting "firm" ones so that the shams look more full. We use the soft ones to sleep on. 100% recommend these pillows.
