Q: Anyone keep running into issue with all lights flashing? The water tank is full and have followed the steps included in their guide but keeps happening.

A: Dear Customer, Thank you for your question. The continuous flashing of the four lights may be due to the machine’s low water protection not being reset. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue: 1. Ensure there is enough water in the water tank, and that the water level exceeds the minimum line. 2. Place a cup under the steam wand and turn the steam knob to make hot water. 3. Let hot water flow out of the steam wand. 4. Turn the steam knob to OFF once the lights on all buttons stay on. A: Hi! The machine's outer casing is made of stainless steel, while the internal water flow pipes contain some plastic, but they are all made of PP material, which is safe for use. Thank you!

Makes a great Cappaccino every morning! I have been using the Casabrew for 2 weeks. It makes a great Espresso shot and the steam wand does a good job of frothing. I like a lot of foam. I have had the flashing lights and when I reread the directions it was easy to get back to brewing. Don't run out of water! It takes a little more time to reset. My only negative is that there are no numbers on the pressure gauge. My gauge is in the "Espresso" zone, but I'd like to know how many bars for each shot. I have been adjusting my grinds and tamping.

Wonderful little machine! So far we love it, makes a really nice espresso and latte. Customer service was incredible as well - I was missing an insert piece and they sent me a replacement right away so we can enjoy our machine during the holiday.

Many have alleged this is a rebranded DeLonghi Dulica or something. Couldn’t care less if it’s a quality product on its own, which is not. The coffee either come out acidic or bitter, the milk frothing is weak. I returned it since the frothing was out of control and splashed hot milk all over the place including my kid.

I got this machine to replace a $1000 'other brand' that kept breaking (and which now sits on my counter solely as an expensive coffee grinder. I've only had the Casabrews a few weeks, but it's working great, exactly like a genuine espresso machine! For the price, I'm ok if it lasts even a year. We'll see. But I'm a happy customer to have found something decent at this price point.

This machine takes some getting used to, but once you follow the manual a few times it’s easy and quick to use and clean. Makes a real espresso with perfectly foamed milk. You need a fine grind of coffee. (Target brand ground espresso beans are too coarse so I put them through my blade grinder and they worked great. )

CASABREWS Espresso Machine is very good. After further use, I've come to realize that you need to adjust and release some pressure out the nozzle and into a jar, so the espresso machine doesn't trigger the alarm. I find it to be a very good espresso machine.

I bought this a couple months ago and the flow meter was never properly working so they sent me a new one (which they were very quick about and I was impressed) but now the new one is broken as well. They sent me a way to troubleshoot it, which fixed it temporarily, and now it’s broken again. Wish I would’ve invested in something better

The Casabrews 3700Gense espresso machine far surpasses my expectations. We’ve used it several times a day for the last 3 months and it’s completely changed our coffee budget because we very rarely buy coffee out anymore. It’s easy to clean, is ready to use quickly after being turned on, sturdy and quality materials, the foaming wand makes coffee house quality foam, and it produces a velvety delicious espresso shot every time. I got this for my wife for her Birthday and she is extremely happy with it. I would buy one again in the future.

The filter does not stay in the holder. It comes out when compressing the coffee and comes out when trying to remove the coffee.

Still loving it! I was looking for a small espresso machine that makes great espresso and is easy to use. Casabrews machine does exactly that, and it comes in different colors (what a nice perk!) Mine is pale yellow, which matches my kitchen paint. Looks cool! And it make a great espresso, with the rich coffee "cream" on top! I like to run it twice on a single shot. It is my "modified Americano". I haven't used the steam wand yet (not needed it for my espresso).
