The bottom of the pods container contains product which is stuck together in 2, 3 & 5 clusters. When pulling or cutting apart they start to leak and the pods are ruined. I’ve used this product for the last yr and this is first time I’ve had this issue.

Since the ActionPacs are formulated to start dissolving as soon as they come in contact with water, it sounds like they may have been exposed to moisture or humid conditions. This could have happened in shipping, handling, or storage. We have some tips for the best results when using our product. First, if two Cascade ActionPacs™ are stuck together, do not try to pull them apart as they may split or tear open. We recommend that you do not use multiple pacs in one load. Also, keep the package tightly closed between uses and store in a dry area with low humidity at room temps. Under the sink may be handy, but it’s often too warm and too humid if near the dishwasher. It's also important make sure your hands are completely dry when handling the ActionPacs and the package. We can understand your disappointment that this is happening, and our Cascade Team would like to gather a few details to further assist you. Works great, I do have dishes pretty well rinsed off when I put them in the dishwasher though. So I’m gonna try leaving some stuck on food and see. Packaging is sturdy, the scent almost has a weird chemical smell though.

I can't stand the platinum plus, it makes my plastic ware taste terrible. Used platinum for years but platinum plus is terrible. Won't ever buy again!

We're very sorry to hear about this. We wouldn't expect Cascade to impart the product taste into food. However, if the soap isn't completely rinsed off, or if the dishes have become porous, which plastic items tend to be, it is possible. If certain items always pick up a flavor, they're probably worn to the point of being porous and should be washed by hand. Clean the dishes really well. No need to "prewash." Easy to throw in dishwasher also. They are pricey compared to the liquid stuff but work better. Target usually has a deal so helps!

I’ve used this product for a while and I like it. It does the job. Some of the “green” cleanser leaked out and stained my white cabinets. I can’t get it off. Have tried Lysol clean, bleach and bartenders friend. Can you advise on what I can use to get the stain off? Thank you

I had some pretty decently dirty dishes in the dishwasher and cascade pods held up to the challenge of cleaning. They liked good as new when the cycle was complete. I don’t necessarily care for smell goods when cleaning dishes so I would rather there not be a scent, especially since I will be consuming food off of the plates when removed. I do with the pods weren’t so expensive, the liquid is much more reasonably priced.
