We’ve got a roll around dishwasher that hooks to our sink so we’ve used almost every pod to try and this one is now the best gets the dishes clean clean each time yes they’re pricey but you only need 1 pod for an entire load it will all come clean.

We have been using the Platinum Plus Pacs for years, but the last two containers, 90% of the pacs will not dissolve leaving a large portion of cleaner from discharging into the washer. Nothing has changed with the water pressure or dishwasher, so it is assumed they are using a different (cheaper) polymer than previously. Very disappointing.

I use Cascade ActionPacs when I'm meal prepping, and I have multiple dishes and pans to clean. It really does make my dishes and pans squeaky clean, and I don't see spots on my silverware when I use it (sometimes I use rinse aid, but most times I don't).

These are some of my favorite dishwasher pods. My dishes always come out clean and smelling fresh, no grease residue which is great! The fresh scent can sometimes be a bit overpowering, but it’s not too bad. It’s a 62 count container so they last a while, at least a month or two since I sometimes hand wash dishes as well. Overall, great product for the price.

I have a GE dishwasher, this product does not dissolve completely in the dispenser. Makes me wonder are my dishes really clean? Very dissatisfied.

My kids aren’t the best at rinsing the dishes before loading them in the dishwasher, so I was a bit apprehensive, but these pods worked like a dream. It cut all the grease and leftover food which was surprising to me. They smell great and the pod dissolves completely. Finish pods sometimes don’t dissolve and there is a sticky, gooey mess in the soap cup. I emphatically recommend these and have purchased these in place of my old Finish pods!

Nothing works better than these. I have tried every brand and always go back to these pods. I’m so happy with them. Only downside is the size of the package is larger than it needs to be.

The bottom of the pods container contains product which is stuck together in 2, 3 & 5 clusters. When pulling or cutting apart they start to leak and the pods are ruined. I’ve used this product for the last yr and this is first time I’ve had this issue.

Since the ActionPacs are formulated to start dissolving as soon as they come in contact with water, it sounds like they may have been exposed to moisture or humid conditions. This could have happened in shipping, handling, or storage. We have some tips for the best results when using our product. First, if two Cascade ActionPacs™ are stuck together, do not try to pull them apart as they may split or tear open. We recommend that you do not use multiple pacs in one load. Also, keep the package tightly closed between uses and store in a dry area with low humidity at room temps. Under the sink may be handy, but it’s often too warm and too humid if near the dishwasher. It's also important make sure your hands are completely dry when handling the ActionPacs and the package. We can understand your disappointment that this is happening, and our Cascade Team would like to gather a few details to further assist you. Works great, I do have dishes pretty well rinsed off when I put them in the dishwasher though. So I’m gonna try leaving some stuck on food and see. Packaging is sturdy, the scent almost has a weird chemical smell though.
