We named it Sleepytime, and it quickly became a favorite bedtime tea. Today, our calming Sleepytime blend of botanicals is available in herbal, decaf, green, and wellness teas, so you can always find a perfect cup for your bedtime routine.
Brew the perfect cup. Boil: Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Steep: Pour 1 cup water over a tea bag in a cup. Steep 4 minutes, squeeze and remove bag. Enjoy: Sweeten if desired and enjoy. Blended with care from seed to sip. Thoughtful Sourcing: Most of our herbs, botanicals, teas, and fruits are purchased directly from farmers around the world. Quality Ingredients: We blend our teas from the finest ingredients, with no artificial flavors or colors. What is in this cinnsmon apple spice?
It is overpowering with the cinnamon and the scent is horrible!! I spilled some tea on my hardwood floor and the room smells like cinnamon incense. It made my eyes burn.
