Also, they did not cause me any irritation or upset stomach while taking them. I felt it had an overall good balanced vitamin and mineral mitts. I would consider buying these on a regular basis.

They don't smell great, but they are definitely nowhere near as bad as other vitamins I've had. I like that it's a well known brand. There are so many different vitamins packed in these capsules, which is great! That reduces the amount of pills I have to take daily

I really don't eat vegetables as I should and this is a great way to ensure that I get the necessary nutrients I'm missing. The taste I get when I put them in my mouth is not my favorite so I don't recommend chewing them up but other than that I highly recommend this product for anyone who doesn't eat their veggies as they should
