Raised systolic bp 15 pts, raised diastolic bp 20 pts. Monitor ur bp if u try this. I had to stop it. It is easy to swallow.

A good vitamin blend!

Also, they did not cause me any irritation or upset stomach while taking them. I felt it had an overall good balanced vitamin and mineral mitts. I would consider buying these on a regular basis.

Great way to consume veggies

I really don't eat vegetables as I should and this is a great way to ensure that I get the necessary nutrients I'm missing. The taste I get when I put them in my mouth is not my favorite so I don't recommend chewing them up but other than that I highly recommend this product for anyone who doesn't eat their veggies as they should
