It worked for me but it stained my hands black, so Its not useful unless you can guarantee that its not going to get on your clothes or anything else

It makes my hair feel sticky and chalky and does not really soak up any oils (my hair is fine and straight). I usually wash my hair every other day/2 days but this doesn’t help my hair’s oiliness at all. Very disappointed in the product. Wish I would have returned it earlier.

This product should honestly be off the shelves. I had used the Dark dry shampoo multiple times to see if it is a true error. First off, I have thin hair so I use dark color dry shampoos to hide any noticeable thinness. This product does little to no effect, no matter how many times I shake the bottle. It builds up on the nozzle which I have to clean out quite a bit. There were a few rare time when I bought a can and it actually worked. I do notice my hair to get more greasy throughout the day plus some itchiness here and there. But most importantly, inhaling the spray (of course not intentionally) is the most concerning. I can be doing my hair then spraying this dry shampoo at the recommended distance but still end up the product being in my nostrils. For a time I noticed that my boogies were brown-black like if I was breathing bad air. I didn’t know why I having that issue until I caught on it was occurring after I would use the dark dry shampoo. With any other dark brand I have not had that happen. It’s truly sickening and if you do try it or use it constantly, please wear a mask to avoid inhaling this product.

DO NOT put this in your hair, ever. First, it doesn't even work to prevent your hair from looking oily, it doesn't matter how much you use. Second, this stuff makes your hair SO greasy & sticky, I'm almost POSITIVE it caused a major build up of bacteria in my follicles, it's nasty. Third, & I cannot stress this enough, it WILL leave your hair feeling TACKY to the touch; yes, STICKY. I have no idea what would possess a company to approve a product so void of value & use & pass it off as "dry shampoo", but this is NOT it. I'm not exaggerating either, it's terrible. You couldn't pay me to put this back in my hair.

Stains your hands and fingers. Once I noticed it stains I didn't dare to use it with anything other than dark colored clothing. Also, not great at masking oily hair. Wanted to love it so it'll mask my grays but I'll stick to my usual dove brand.

This has been a staple for me for over a year now. It blends my grey roots between salon visits and has been a lifesaver while I've had some hair thinning after surgery. It also gives volume, absorbs oil, and doesn't make my hair feel stiff or tacky. Love Colab!

I don’t know what everyone’s complaining about. I think this product works great. It covers the gray and works great as the dry shampoo. I’ve had no problems with brown residue getting everywhere.

This product is terrible, if you run your hand through your hair once it has been applied; it leaves a black residue all over your hands. It stains your clothing too.

Can't run my fingers through my hair without them turning brown. Even an hour after applying. My old dry shampoo w/ color didn't do that. Won't buy this one again. Smells decent.

Decent dry shampoo but not quite as good as Batiste.

A little drying, but as someone with thinning hair, this spray is a lifesaver at this price.

i have hypothyroidism so some of my hair on the sides is thinner and you can tell when my hair is up. this stops completely covers the balder spots!!! no scalp seen. i have no idea why people are complaining that it got on their hands, it literally says DARK. did you think it was gonna come out clear? lol the product does what it’s meant to do for me 🥰

This smells exactly like my grandma's old, cheap hairspray. You will recognize the scent. Absolutely horrible. Used it once and threw it away because I kept smelling it throughout the day.

every time i used this, i ended up with brown hands, brown gunk under my fingernails, and brown stains everywhere, and i never used more than two or three spritzes of it. don’t do it.

It took me forever to wash this out of my hair. I had to lather, rinse, and repeat at least 3x! I only got this bc it was cheaper than Batiste, and now I'm wishing I hadn't.

I actually prefer the COLAB Dark Dry Shampoo over the Batiste dry shampoo. I think it smells better and does a MUCH better job of refreshing my hair and combating any oiliness. I took off one star because like other reviewers mentioned, it does deposit a lot more dark residue. You do have to be careful if you're wearing light colored clothing and try not to touch your hair/scalp!

Freshens my hair wonderfully. It also helps cover roots for where my hair is starting to be gray and thinning. I like that it’s cruelty-free and more natural ingredients.

Unless you want everything and anything you touch or come in contact with to be covered in brown dust. That includes your own face, forehead, ears and hands anytime you touch your hair. Just don’t do it.

This product has unfortunately left dark residue all over my bathroom and clothes with the simplest spray. I would not recommend.

This stuff is absolute garbage. It leaves a brown residue on everything within 10 feet. My hands, face, scalp, sink, toilet, floor. Everywhere. It was coming off in little brown flakes all over my shoulders and back. It doesn’t absorb oil well and my hair still looks very greasy with even a lot applied. It’s itchy as well. I will be going back to batiste and this one will be going in the garbage.
