A: We have not tested the Warming Balm on joints, so unfortunately, we are unable to say. It is intended for discomfort related to menstrual cramps.

Gives strong warm feeling that melts away cramps and pain. I couldn’t find it anywhere after rebuying it a fourth time and so glad to found it here. Helps give heat and so comforting to cramping or endometriosis pain. MUST HAVE GET IT

Used this product for the first time today, I just got diagnosed with endometriosis and have really bad cramps- this helped within an hour of applying. Plus you can add heat on top. Already in love with it, it does have a strong lavender and essential oil smell (to be expected) but I think it smells relaxing.

I’m not sure how this got a do not recommend, but I have tried so many things. Heating pads, patches, belts and you can’t wear a heating pad every where. This stuff is a game changer. I have had painful periods for over 20 years and I’m so glad I found this stuff!! Try it if you can afford it. It’s well worth it.

It Works! It heats! It soothes! Applied 3 times a day on my abdomen, sides & lower back; covering my period pain areas. The first application took some time but once it kicked, I was surprised by the soothing effect. I get major cramps & I felt a difference. I don’t think this product alone cures menstrual pain but it is a great enhancement in addition to medication. I felt the biggest difference laying down after. I do think physical activity contributes to its effectiveness. Just Buy & Try for yourself!

Very strong smell. A little goes a long way. It almost melts into your skin. It really does warm up quite a bit, I was pleasantly surprised with that. It did make my skin itch a bit. I think it helped a little but I have strong cramps and I still had pain while using this. I tried it for two cycles so far and I do plan to use it up. Not sure if I’ll repurchase. Worth a try in my opinion.

I was so excited to use this product because it’s black owned so I decided to buy I wear the heating pad for about four hours And when I removed it I had like this burnt blister on my lower stomach three of them it’s weird because the heating pads don’t get that hot but I will be returning this product I will never purchasing again!

im giving five stars because it works. however it works a bit too well. my lower abdomen feels like it is on fire. it's been 20 minutes and I can't think about cramps because my belly is on fire to the point that I want to wash it off! beware if you have sensitive skin.

I bought this hoping it would provide relief. It says on the box, "provides gentle warmth that builds over time", and I barely felt anything happening! I even rubbed a little on my arm to make sure I wasn't going crazy, and nothing. The smell is lovely, and the balm is a bit greasy, which isn't much of a problem, but I had high hopes for this balm. I'm better off rubbing peppermint essential oil (my go-to) on my lower abdomen.

This product provides no warming sensation at all and thus does nothing. It’s a balm with the faint scent of lavender oil. I tried to repurpose it by putting my wrists at nights to smell as I drift off to sleep, but the scent isn’t really strong enough for that. I’m glad Target let me return it.
