Solid depending on usage.
Purchased in Jan of 2023. Ran a solid. 90% of the time and made ice consistently. No major issues. However. It’s now. October 2024 and it simply stopped. No error. No flashing. A good ice maker to be sure. 18+ months of usage and it stopped.

Terrible. Doesn't work.
Garbage product. After the first usage, where it did in fact make ice, it will only say "ADD WATER" no matter how much water is in the reservoir. The troubleshooting in the user manual was completely useless. Avoid purchasing at all costs.

Love My Ice
I love this ice maker. I’ve used it multiple times since purchasing. It makes ice fast. and I love my ice. You can choose small or large cylinder cubes. No issues to date. Good thing I got it on sale. Makes it even better.

It makes ice pretty fast
I've been impressed so far. It works well (I've only had it for a short time) & is one of the "better" ice makers (I've several brands over approximately 5 years). I use it 24/7 both for my drinks, the ice chest, & bag ice for bigger uses

This is a fabulous little ice maker
We love this thing! It works exactly as advertised, takes up a small footprint and is simple to use. I just wish I had bought it years ago. I can't think of one barrier to owning this ice maker.

Perfect small cube
My main objective was to get ice cubes that are small enough to fit into the openings of my many thermoses. This ice maker is the first one I've tried, and it meets my needs and expectations perfectly. It's easy to use, quiet and surprisingly quick.

Portable ice make
I bought this ice maker for a vacation home. This thing constantly cranks out the ice and works as advertised. It will provide you with plenty of ice, if you can store the ice in the freezer for later use. Since it is portable, always remember to transport it in an upright position.

My kids absolutely love this ice make. They love to eat crushed ice. Now they can make at home by themselves. It's really to use it.
