Cover girl, do better!
I've been using this eyeliner for YEARS and never had any issues. Now I am not sure if CG changed something but this latest one I got was so jacked up. I literally had to throw it away after sharpening it almost all the way down in one go, the actual product was all broken inside the pencil rendering it USELESS!
