Fallowed instructions to clean. Wiped with a damp cloth and made screen so much worse. The marker never really comes off 100% and it ended up scratched.

I thought I had bought one of these at Christmas for my granddaughter. I didn't, and I'm glad. I came across this one at Target. I am so glad I didn't get the one I saw. this is so awesome. I think things happen for a reason. I'm telling you this isn't a just a toy. There is so much to do with this Ultimate Light Board all you need is 3 AA batteries and your kid is out of your hair for hours. They can play and do homework using it. I am so happy I waited this is so awesome. I love ❤️ it and I know my granddaughter is going to love this.

Disappointed in product
I bought this for my first grandchild this Christmas and found that it was hard to clean, the markers quit working and the markers scratch the display screen. My grandchild loved it at first but now it cant be used due to all the scratches.

I brought this as a Christmas gift to my youngest daughter and she gabby so coloring on it yet! My oldest, whom is soon to be 19 by the way, has requested that I purchase one for her as well. Screen becomes cloudy and ruined after one use.
Had to return immediately. After the first use the screen became cloudy and scratched. We followed all instructions and the plastic is ruined after one drawing. Really disappointed in this product and confused by the high reviews.

I like the item. I bought two, so the GDs would have to share. They love to draw and I had purchased 3 others for other GCs. However , one to this location did not come with the 6 pens!!! Sent directly to them from online order. Sadly, GD has been unable to use without the pens!!! Very disappointing. It appears this may have been opened in the store. Target , please double check before shipping that all parts are inside the box. Their target is not in their town, so very hard to return!!!
