Cremo wild mint beard and scruff wash
The wash itself has a great lather, and leaves my beard feeling clean. The scent is crisp, borderline menthol. If you’re looking for a warmer mint this is not for you.

Go back to the 2 different wash and condition.
I used to LOVE your product when it was 2 different soaps. A beard wash and a separate beard conditioner. Now that they're combined my beard is suffering the harsh, stiff, non-conditioned consequences.

Not as good as it used to be
I loved the Mint & Citrus Beard & Scruff Softener. It had a more refreshing scent and the consistency of the product was much better. The mint smells good, but for me it misses the mark without the citrus. It is also TOO creamy now so I've got to use more product than I should have to.

Once a beard buddy, now a follicle foe
Used to love this stuff, or at least an earlier iteration of it. Was my regular beard wash through grad school, around 2016-ish. But now it leaves my beard hard and tightly coiled. I normally have that issue with the hair under my jaw, but with careful application of oils and regular hydration I've managed to keep it in check. Sadly, this wash is too harsh and undoes all of that, leaving my hair tangly and unmanageable for about a day. What happened, Cremo? This formulation used to be my favorite.

Useless
Bought this last week to soften my beard. After realizing it made no difference with the first wash I started using it nearly everyday figuring maybe you just had to keep repeating the process. Nope! Makes no difference. This stuff is useless

Husband: This smells wonderful, but I haven't noticed any softening effect in my beard. The smell doesn't last but a couple hours after application. Previously, I was using baby oil, which was much more effective. Moving on to a new beard oil/softener.

Save your money and find a real washout conditioner
I’m not sure what texture or length of hair this is meant for, but it did absolutely nothing for my beard. I would suggest finding a real beard washout conditioner and not waste your money on this “scruff softener”. I will say that the peppermint scent is delightful though. Don’t buy.
