A: I read elsewhere that they weren't. A disappointment as I had previously gotten one but hadn't used it yet. I ALSO read that according to the directions, you are supposed to completely clean the inside, reach time you use it. Otherwise, grass can build up and cause a fire! Yikes! You might want to investigate that last bit further!

2 broke, buying a 3rd...
First 2 broke, each within about a year. The newest (2nd) now only toasts. About to buy a 3rd as its on sale and while it works it works well and cooks perfectly but tired of buying stuff that breaks so soon with normal use, super dissappointed to spend hundreds of dollars in a few years to have a functional toaster oven.

the oven cooked unevenly. sometimes it cooked great and the next time it was horrible. the back of the oven cooked at a hotter temp than the front and even when you turned for example a pizza, the cheese always ended burnt and the crust not cooked all the way

Uneven Cooking
I was gifted this oven and returned it. It burned food before it was cooked in the middle. The temp is definitely off. I saved my money and went with breville, so worth it.

Air fryer mode????
I received this as a gift and have had it long enough to try all aspects. It looks great on the counter, but everything I've ever tried to air fry has turned into a total loss. I've followed directions to a T, checked on it occasionally, and done everything but watch it with the light on the entire time, which kind of defeats the purpose. I already have a toaster that works fine, so it seems like overkill to use this. To me, it's nothing but a glorified toaster oven. I have one of those too, and it works just fine. I will probably be giving this to somebody who doesn't care about air frying.

Cuisinart Air Fryer is the Best
Love the Cuisinart Air Fryer. It is a great source of cooking without frying. I like the toaster function. The bake function works well if you make the necessary adjustment for "toaster oven" when setting your temp and time. It is compact and looks great on the counter.

Looks good... but...
Looks Nice. Works well - but is VERY difficult to clean. The inside and the tray oxidizes badly… and it smokes like a demon when anything drips or splatters while air frying. Still works but I got rid of it for a simple Black and Decker toaster over that is easy to clean… smaller… and cost far less.

Best air fryer ever!
This air fryer is the 4th one we have bought. The 1st for ourselves, 2nd for our grandson in college, the 3rd for a gift that I kept for a few months before I gifted it to him sorry to say it was dented on top of but I had had it too long to return so I gave it to them anyway. The 4th one is, again, for ourselves when the one we have wears out. That’s how much we like the Cuisinart air fryer.

Love our Airfryer oven
We love our airfryer oven. This is iur second one, we use it almost daily. The convection oven bakes chicken quicker and leaves it nice and moist. The airfryer is great for reheating fried chicken or french fries. I highly recommend this unit.

I am really enjoying Cuisinart air-fryer toaster oven. Compare to my former digital air-fryer from other brand(Gourmia), this Cuisinart air-fryer has mechanical dials that gives me error less cooking experiences. This particular model(CTOA-122NAS) has enough power to cook quicker and through. Sturdy but sleek design gives my kitchen a shiny accent. Also, dials are simple enough for easy operation. I definitely recommend Cuisinart air-fryer.
