Difficulty
I bought this to replace a Cuisinart food processor I could no longer replace a broken bowl. This one works well, but trying to remove the lid from the bowl is VERY difficult. What can I use to make this easier. I am terrified I will break a piece of plastic on either piece!

I have had my cuisinart for 43 years and it’s still going strong. I always hand wash all the parts and various blades. At some point, I’ll probably pass it on to one of my kids, but not in the foreseeable future. Thanks for a great product.

Clair Look elsewhere
This unit is impossible to lock and unlock. Every time I use it I regret having bought it. It literally takes a rubber mallet to lock and unlock. Unless you’re Hercules don’t buy it. And the slightly smaller one is too small for dough

The processor I've been waiting for
I love this food processor. It's not too fancy but meets all my needs. It has a small footprint for my small kitchen and provides all the options I need. For someone who wants all the bells and whistles this may not be the answer but for those of us who just need a dependable and straightforward food processor, this is it!

Love Love Love This Food Processor!
Love-Love-Love this food processor! I worked my way through college running restaurants & kitchens. Spent a significant amount of time as a line/prep cook. I have used it multiple times since I received it over a month ago and I only have two ’concerns’ to point out. Concern one is insignificant and I have already solved it myself. The plastic strap to keep the cord coiled and neat is a pain for guys with large hands/fingers. Concern two is also small but not insignificant. The point where the work bowl & lid mesh together near the handle to keep the lid in place has a notch on the lid where the bowl ‘locks’ the lid in place. The lid’s mesh point plastic is extremely thin & fragile. After cleaning the first time and re-assembling, I noticed the thin plastic part had broken. Likely due to placing the lid on the bowl in the wrong orientation and relying to close it, I also fixed this with UV glue. Be careful! Overall, I do Love this processor. Might as well be a professional Robot Coup for one third of the price!

45 years and still going strong!
I have owned the original one for 45 years. It is a workhorse. Still going strong. Have had to replace the plastic bowl and lid once, but not the motor or blades. See that the parts are available for purchase- hopefully will keep these available for the product lifetime as these items do crack with heavy use after many years. Love the new stainless still color!

20 Years of Use and Still Going Strong
I've owned one of these previously and love it! I have many attachments and it does the job beautifully. PS I had it for over 20 years and it's still going strong. The lid wore out and the model I had was no longer made. I would buy it again!

Poor design of processor shute😞
Purchased 14 cup processor and love it Except for the size of shute that only accepts a less than 3 inch of anything. This should be redesigned to where the entire shute you can use to process larger pieces of veggies and other product.

Chops Like a Sous Chef
This thing is a BEAST and yeah, it's heavy and takes up substantial counter space, but I ain't complaining. It thinly sliced 6 pounds of potatoes in less than 5 minutes and it was FUN. I was making a large order of scalloped, cheesy potatoes for a family affair and it saved me so much time I was able to attend to other tasks. I did carrots in slices and used it to mince herbs and garlic. I haven't made any dough with it yet, but plan to soon. Wish this came with an instruction manual...had to find a person's review on YouTube for set up.

Workhorse
This machine is awesome. Super heavy duty. Have only used it to chop up some gram crackers for a cheesecake crust, but it grinded that up with just a couple spins. Looking forward to Shredding a block of cheese next. Glad to have this in my kitchen. Plan to get a lot of use out of it

Definitely worth the money!
Bit the bullet and spent the money on a cuisinart food processor after my cheapie food processor bit the dust- should have done it sooner! The difference between them is huge- the power and quietness of the motor are undeniable!
