Pan leaked terribly. Melted butter in bottom for an upside down cake and 1/3 of the butter ended up on the floor!

Finally! A springform pan that has a bottom that fits with the side. I just received the pan so haven't had a chance to use but know that I will soon as it is Christmas time. I am pleased that it is so well made.

Just purchased 2 more pans as I have had mine for many years and my cheesecakes always turn out perfect. This pan bakes cakes to perfection. I have tried other brands and cannot understand why the cakes bake differently -- they don't rise as much so when I saw these being available to Canadian purchasers, I immediately bought 2 more.
