I love the quick touch options for popcorn, potatoes, etc. Easy to use. Just had kitchen remodeled and it fits in perfectly

We've only had the microwave for one day, but it works fine. We can't figure out how to cook something for a few seconds...15 sec., 37 sec. etc. That's how we used our old Danby microwave most of the time. It will be disappointing if it's not possible to cook that way.

This microwave is great and works fantastic! We are very happy with it.

NOT TOO HAPPY WITH ALL THE CHILD PROOFING INTERLOCKS, BUT I REALIZE THAT THE GOVT ORDERED IT.

We think that this microwave oven is very good overall. Possible improvements would be: (1) a quieter unit, and (2) the timer display, once set and started, should continue until the countdown ends and the beeper goes off. If one leaves the kitchen and comes back, one does not know if the countdown is done, requiring one to press the timer button to find out. the Express Cook function is very good and appreciated.

Better than my old one, good price, has all the new features.

Elegant addition to kitchen. Door opening and closing is very smooth and easy. This was my main concern with unit not having a door handle. Nice size unit not too small and not too big. Very pleased with the purchase

We are happy with our appliance, but still not totally knowledgeable about using all of the available operations. The instructions in the manual will help us with these.

THE REASON FOR 4 STARS IS DUE TO THE PLUG. IT ADDS AT LEAST 2 INCHES TO THE SHELF DEPTH - THIS SHOULD BE REFLECTED IN THE PRODUCTS DIMENSIONS.

It is the right size for the 2 of us and simple to use once you get use to it. We also have a small Danby fridge that we have had for several years.

So, I realy love Danby microwaves since forever. There is many small details that makes all the difference. For example: - If you press on 1 to 6, the microwave start right away without having to press start, and it puts the time from 1 to 6 depending on what you pressed - If you press on "add 30 sec", it will also start right away without having to press an additionnal button Those 2 details make it way faster to use it compared to other (like Panasonic genius) Also, if you tend to forget that you put something in your microwave, here are two other details that will help you greatly: - When the microwave stops, "END" will be written on the screen until you interact with the microwave again. - If you didn't interact with the microwave after a short time (like 1 or 2 minutes I think), it will beep again to remind you that you have something in there. You can also press kind of fast on the buttons and the presses will be recorded. And personnaly, I really enjoy the large size available inside. I have 3 disappointment with it, though: - Very small one: if you want to warm up for very short time (like 5 seconds), it first and last seconds seem to not really count. So, simply put 2 or 3 seconds more than what you would usually do. Very small thing, but I wanted to mention it anyway. - Unlike my previous Danby microwave, the clock was really not intuitive to set. I am usually very good with devices and electronics, but it took me a while to set it up. There is 1 or 2 words missings in the instructions, and it changes the result a lot. Again, it's a small thing. - I had one bad surprise though, and that touches french speakers. The translation is horrible for many buttons if you use the frech overlay. I understand english fine, but it is important culturally speaking to use french here. And I do not know if I would have been more disappointed if there was just no overlay or with this really bad translation. I would be more than happy to help with the translation if Danby give me an email adress to write too. But overall, I love this new microwave. And of course, it heats up the food very well.

It works well and I love the melt, soften and warm features. I also love that it "reminds" you if you forget to take something out of the microwave. In general, the presets work well, especially reheat, popcorn and pizza. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because I find that the frozen veggie setting cooks too long. With the exception of frozen corn, I have to take the veggies out before the microwave thinks they are done. If not, they are overcooked. In general, we are very pleased and would definitely buy again.

Nice and white microwave. Sort of small and only 100W power. Works just fine. Wish the capacity was larger.

The microwave is great, however, the instruction manual could contain better instructions.

I received it yesterday, I bought it because I trust the brand. I had Danby 1.3 cu and it worked for 5 years until it starts to get sprinkle. I notice two things for the new one, it's really hard to press the button and it louder than the old one. I'm hope it last longer, since it double the price.
