So far so good! You get what you pay for. Battery dies fast but does the job for what I bought it for. I use it to only blend my water, milk and coffee. No ice, and it does a job while I’m at lunch making my coffee fix.

Not working. I charged it for 1 hour and a half. The light stopped blinking so I tried to on it but it won’t start. Plugged it again and the light started blinking. Waited another hour for it to be fully charged but it never worked…. Waste of money…. I’m returning it.

Worse purchase I’ve ever made this blender takes forever to charge jams every single time I use it and leaks if you don’t align it exactly and I do mean exactly it stops every other cycle it jams and dies during blending. It’s useless.

I followed all instructions for charging. Even went inline to watch tutorials to insure I had done everything correctly. After I continued getting the red 8 count red light blinking indicator that the blended was dead I returned. Wanted this to work so badly because it seemed to be completely convenient I purchased another. In my mind the first one must have been defaulted. Nope! The same 8 count red blinking lights came on after 2.5 hours of uninterrupted charging. This product wasn’t for me!

Used a couple of times, now the battery won't charge and it won't work. Save your money, buy different brand! Customer service is useless 5 days we are going back and forth with questions like:What kind of outlet are you charging your unit in? Have you tried using your unit in a different outlet? When it is charging does the white light slowly flash? What does the unit do when you try to run it? Has the unit been dropped? What do you have inside of the blender jug when the unit is blinking red? How are you cleaning your unit after use? Every couple of days customer service is coming with a new set of questions. So I am done!! Dash is not my brand!!!
