A: Thank you for asking if Dawn Dishwashing Liquid is antibacterial and if you can use Dawn to wash raw meat. Please know Dawn dish liquid is not designed for washing food. All Dawn works to clean dishes, but none of it acts as an antibacterial soap on dishes. Our Dawn Antibacterial Hand Soap and Dishwashing Liquid only has antibacterial properties on skin, when used as directed. Dawn power wash is an amazing product. I’ve used it to clean things that I never thought I could clean. I’ve used it to clean my stainless steel stove and just recently I had an incident with my jeep. There was an oil leak from my jeep and splatter went all up the back and onto my plastic window. We thought it was ruined, but we said hey, this dawn power wash is supposed to be good on grease let’s give it a try. So we sprayed the affected area, let it sit for a few minutes, and then sprayed it off and washed it down with soapy water, and the results were amazing! The oil was gone. This is a really great product.

I love that its so versitile! I use it not only in the kitchen, but laundry and even outside!! It cuts grease while being gentle. I also bathe my dog in it because it kills her fleas!

I use this stuff on everything! It’s the best at cleaning greasy dishes and also amazing at getting grease stains out of laundry. I love to mix it with baking soda and vinegar to make a really great cleaner for a ton of things around the house.

You can use dawn for so many things besides dishes. You can clean and degrease anything. You can mix it with other products to clean your house. Its a very good cleaner. I highly recommend it

I am always trying to say money by buying the less expensive decent product. But I’ve tried all the dish soaps and keep going back to dawn. It always works the best to cut grease and can literally be used to clean everything. There are just some brands that you can skimp on and cheaper brands will never compare to dawn.

I like Dawn Ultra Dishwashing Soap, it cleans stuff really well. It can be used for dishes, sprays to deter bugs, cleaning up messes, can be used on pets. This actually works to get rid of flees if your pets have bad flee problems. My family dealt with flees from our cats really bad. We put dawn in a spray bottle, some oil and water and sprayed our carpet down and bedding. It worked really well. The only problem I have with it is the fact that you have to use a lot of it.

I do a lot of cooking with my cast iron, and I know you’re not supposed to use soap. But if you have to it says only use dawn. We have a construction company and the guys come in with her hands are gross they have Dawn sitting there for the guys also
