This machine is not easy to use. You must stay with it to end the process The coffee is weak, and the filter is small. I miss my Krups and will take this back, asap! I hate it to be honest!

We bought this machine to take along on vacations. It’s a great little machine if you know what you’re doing with espresso machines. It makes a great shot and does a decent job steaming the milk. As with any espresso the outcome is largely dependent on the grinder…we have a small conical burr grinder we take with us to accompany the setup. This is at a great price point compared with other high quality machines. Please don’t expect anything fancy here…it’s just a basic design that and takes up a small amount of space on the counter…does the job if you know what you’re doing!

After putting together everything and following the instructions, the espresso dispenser silver thing whatever it’s called was very very hard to lock in place. I either had to make it where it was less locked in place or kind of adjusted as the brewing was in progress so the espresso would go into the cup, but water was coming out as well into the cup from the machine and leaking underneath the machine all over the counter, so I’m not really sure how it was to operate that machine whatsoever. I tried for weeks and I finally just had enough with it cause it was hurting my wrist toturn and adjust that thing and it was getting quite aggravating trying to get a cuppa coffee ready

Absolutely the worst expresso machine I have ever used, DO NOT buy unless you want to clean up “mess” constantly. Either spilt water from it leaking all over your countertop (every use and not in use as well), or grounds from the portafilter unexpectedly exploding off the machine for literally no reason, or in my case, glass from using glass cups and them getting hit with the portafilter flying across the kitchen counter. I have never left a review in my life on any product, but this is the only device/contraption I’ve used where I’ve been frustrated on the daily & I am a shift leader of baristas so I’m used to using all different types, but nice industrial machines & this thing….. is garbage. It’s upsetting because it was a gift and the person buying it was trying to do a nice gesture, but seriously I dread “having to use it”. Anyways, would like to save anyone I can from the excitement of this overpriced piece a junk —- also there’s no room to use an actual cup if you’re trying to make lattes because the thing is so small so you dirty a ton of dishes for one drink.

I ordered this espresso machine as a gift, but the recipient didn’t want it. I returned it unopened, following Target’s instructions. Target claimed the item was used and denied my refund, even though I never opened the box. Now they have both the item and my money. This experience shows a serious flaw in their return process. I recommend avoiding online purchases from Target altogether.

Pro: -Coffee machine looks great -Good coffee. Cons: -No automatic stop after brewing. The machine doesn't have a select size coffee. you cannot push on then walk away like a normally do.. first time i use it.. i had a lake all over my counter :( -Water plastic container looks pretty cheap - After you stop the machine, it keep dripping for a few minutes.

I've had this for years and it's great but definitely a learning process. Only finely espresso ground beans will pull thru. Water has never leaked but I check to make sure the reservoir is snapped in correctly and the drip tray is emptied.

I was looking for an espresso machine that was fairly reasonable so I did the research and got this one. I loved it at first. I use it several times a day. But 3 months after I purchased, it leaks water from where the portafilter sits while brewing. It leaks at all times when the machine is on. So turning it on and off and waiting for the water to heat up every time is very inconvenient for my busy schedule. I should have just spent the money on a Breville

Broke within 2 years and internal pieces of the machine began falling out. I tried to repair but had no luck. It’s frustrating to have spent this much money on the machine and it feels so wasteful to have such a large appliance last less than 2 years.

I wanted to share my experience with the espresso machine I purchased a few months ago. Initially, I was pleased with its ability to froth milk effectively. However, after only a few uses, I encountered difficulties. Once I removed the parts to clean or adjust the milk frothing nozzle, I found it challenging to reattach them correctly. As a result, I am unable to achieve the desired frothing consistency. Additionally, there have been instances where the machine overheats and stops steaming milk entirely, which has led to increased dissatisfaction with my purchase. Regrettably, I now wish I had invested in a different espresso machine that better aligns with my needs. Unfortunately, I am outside the return window and unable to rectify this situation.

Espressos are a staple for me, and this coffee maker does the job. Coffee comes out as well as you can expect, nothing exceptional. I took off one star because I really don’t like that it’s manual but it’s not that big of a deal. Milk frother does make an extremely loud noise but I don’t use it much.
