no cluster puffs
This is not filled with "cluster puffs". It is a big wade of material stuffed from end end. There are no puffs of anything very hard, dense and not at all comfortable

I’ve been looking for a pillow that won’t give me neck pain. I’m a back and side sleeper, and this pillow is not it. It would be a great pillow for decorative duvets, but not to sleep on. Returning.

We happen to make this model pillow for many 3 star type hotels due to it's recovery in fluff and ease of laundering. This specific item does run on the softer side so it it is best for back only sleepers usually. No worries, we understand pillows can be subjective and in this case it was not a match. Unsatisfied with this $40 pillow!
I must have received a dud. Not enough stuffing in my pillow. it separates wherever you lay your head on it and goes flat. It is the absolute worst pillow i have ever purchased. i had high expectations based off reviews and the amount i spent for this single pillow. I purchased it hoping to improve my sleep experience but it has done anything but that. I have given this pillow a fair chance but its going in the trash as useless. I'm so disappointed.

Medium way too firm
Medium is hard, uncomfortable & waste of money. Can't return bc can't go in store or PO during Covid. This is the worst pillow I have ever owned. Glad I kept my old one. Definitely not hotel quality.

Fat pillows
I like the pillows a lot, but I think next time I will get a softer one. It's not that these aren't soft, but they are fat. I'm a side sleeper so I need to fall into the pillow more.

Not worth the buy.
The first 2 nights sleep on this pillow was AMAZING. It was very short lived as the comfort drastically changed on day 3. The pillow seems flat and lifeless now and I am in search for yet another.
