With detergent alone, the freshness of your clothes can fade after taking them out of the wash. Using Downy laundry scent booster beads gives your laundry 4x the long-lasting freshness than with the leading detergent alone, so you can be confident in fresh-smelling clothes all day long without being overpowered by too much scent. A: That's a great question, Mum. Our Downy Light White Lavender does have a lavender base note, but is much lighter and is a bit different from our Downy Infusions CALM, which has a lavender and vanilla base note. If you have any questions, give us a call at 800-688-7638.

I don't fet sensitive with this fragrance! Smells so clean
These are my favorite laundry boosters! The smell is so light, but lingers on the clothes for what seems like days. These are absolutely worth the money. We get normally downy light because my daughter has sensitive skin and these seem to be the only beads that don't make her itchy.

The amount of beads used per load can be adjusted to meet individual choice of the amount of scent desired. Larger loads need more beads than small loads to deliver the desired amount of scent. Super high temps and/or super long dry times in tumble dryers may zap some of the perfume, so we'd simply suggest using lower heat and shorter dry times if possible.
