Bad experience

I have no luck with Target for these items when they do not arrive open and missing the product they vote on the way I do not understand why the container arrived open and was missing 1/3 of its amount despite it was not corresponding.

We have strict quality controls and it’s unusual for a package to leave our plant with less than the proper amount of product in it. A lot of research goes into our bottle design and we strive to get the best quality for our consumers. We know that at times, there can be some occasional damage to our bottles during shipping. Our bottles are designed to withstand a certain amount of wear and tear. Even so, plastic packaging may become damaged or break if it's dropped, especially if it lands on a seam or corner. Products are good. Bad shipping. They use an open box to ship them out and two of them got damaged caps( cracked into pieces) upon arrival. I don’t want to bother myself by returning them, so I put on the old cap instead.

I bought 2 of these through the drive up order and both were short of the liquid soap. This is the worst experience I've had at this location. This detergent is not cheap.
