A: I saw a youtube video that said the tp07 covers 800 feet of space and the tp09 covers 900 feet. Hope that helps.

A: Hello So happy, This is Miella from Dyson. The TP07 Pure Cool Tower is not an air conditioning unit, that refrigerates the air. Rather, it cools you by moving the air over and around you. Hope this helps! Miella Dyson Customer Support

Q: How often does filter need to be changed? Have one of your original fans since 2012,am now beginning to have problems with it but don't know if I want to pay this much again as I am now on a very fix income & now live in a ALF. Thanks.

A: Hi Sher, this is Kelly with Dyson. With our air purifiers, the filter life would vary depending on how often you run the machine. If you kept the purifier on 24/7, the filter would last about 6 months. Running the machine 12 hours or so each day would give you about a year of filter life. This is the fourth air purifier. One I bought for my son and the other three are in different rooms of our home. It's nice that 3 of the 4 use the same filters as I can purchase several at a time when they're on sale. Other than our bedroom I have them on auto so they monitor air quality. The app and controls are ready to use. They are quiet that sometimes I have to see if they were turned off. From low to high the airflow is evenly disributed and covers the intended area. I can tell when it's getting time to change the filter when I start seeing dust particles in the air.

Goes okay with consistent use likes the fact that it can integrate with Home Assistant, useful with home automations but has developed a really annoying high-pitched noise that can’t seem to be mediated at any speed and is also intermitted which is also equally Annoying.

I wish there was a way to have it set to a certain fan level but then auto increase when air quality decreases. We like the fan feature to run in the room during the summer for comfort, but would be nice to leave it on auto. If there was a way to set the minimum fan speed in auto mode that would be great

The unit seems quite sensitive. I usually leave it on auto and when I was starting a fire in the fireplace it detected more particles and also when I opened the windows this spring, it detected the pollen. During both times the fan cranked up to help purify the air. The fan is quite quiet as well.

Very happy. Purchased this in the hope to help my son with his asthma. We run it currently in his bedroom. He has stopped coughing daily. Not using his asthma preventer or puffer. Not sure if this is the fix but it has been the only change we have done. So we are super happy with it.

I brought this thinking best of both worlds may be good and clever sir purifier but as a fan fan it’s really weak. Changing wifi passwords or networks is a real nightmare too. Just delete the machine and add it like a new one.

I bought this a month ago. About 1 week ago it started randomly emitting a very high pitched whine/buzz which is irritating to the ears. The sound now occurs around half of the time. Extremely dissatisfied!
