I bought this 6 months ago to help cool at night when sleeping. For it to cool effective it has to be on a high fan setting, which is very noisy. I would not recommend for the price paid.

In 2025, this very expensive piece of tech does not have Wifi. One would expect that the hot + cool supports this. Airflow ok, filtering abilities to be seen (so far our air seems clean). But honestly, it's essentially a giant dyson hairdryer...

We have had the unit for two months now. From early spring cold to early summer heat. It has provided reliable air flow for both heating and cooling to supplement in an area that we don't have direct heat or air conditioning. Overall i would easily choose this unit again if I needed another one.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and it really helped with my boyfriend’s hayfever. The air was filtered and removed all the particles etc I’m guessing into the filter at the bottom. It improved the air quality for sure.. although other than high pollen, I’m not sure there was much else that needed removing. For cooling I didn’t find it amazing. It was an unfair test putting an air purifier/heat cool fan to the test during a heat wave. The air conditioning unit we have was much more effective at cooling the air. But if you have a small space or happy to move it around it could help with the air quality and the cooling. When the fan is pointing directly facing you, I had no complaints on the cooling effectiveness and air quality. This is not very practical for day to day use. One would not sit directly beside a fan all day if you are busy doing other things.

Heating option works well, also as a fan; the air filter I guess they work great. I was expecting that you could connect it to a WiFi and control it remotely and maybe set up a time that will start to operate. Overall a fairly expensive fan

Airflow not strong enough and cooling really bad i would not make this mistake again . I should have replaced with conventional fan like I had which was 30years old and finally give up the ghost. I doubt this will last 2 years.

I've had this for a couple of weeks now. I use it to get the chill out of the air in my main room and bedroom (it's a small unit). It only takes a few minutes, and the place is comfy and breathable. Other heating systems previously have made the area stuffy, this is not. I love it. Can't wait until summer to try the cooling system.

I bought this to cool my living room but have it in auto most off the time if it’s not too warm I didn’t realise that when my dogs came back from their walk how much pollen came in on them as my fan bursts in to life for a few minutes then settles down again I like the fact it displays the filtering levels and what it’s filtering I been so impressed I bought the just cooling purifier for my kitchen as well

Been using it for a while now. Very good during the winter. Make the room warm and comfortable. Filtration is ok but not best in terms of power. But, definitely the best heater, fan and air filter combo. Plus the design is beautiful and fancy. The price is justified for me.
