a bit pricey but amazing quality

I wanted to like this, because it feels so good and moisturizing when rubbing it on my eyes. But it left such a terrible film and fog in my eyes I had to throw it out (after about 5 or 6 attempts, it was awful every time).

So smooth. Melts like butter. No fogginess in eyes.

Removed my makeup easily

I am not one who repurchases products more than once. This product though, has been repurchased three times. ELF’s Holy Hydration Makeup Melting Balm has become a staple for me when it comes to double cleansing. The formulation of this product “melts” in your hands while applying it to your face. It does a nice job taking off my makeup, particularly my eye makeup. Rinsing off the product can be a little tricky because it feels as though you didn’t get it all off. It’s definitely not a product I would use by itself. However, it’s a great foundation piece to my skincare routine. I’ve used this product since last March and I can tell a difference in my skin. I have fewer clogged pores and breakouts. My skin doesn’t feel dried out after washing it. Again, repurchasing a product multiple times says a lot for me. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to start double cleansing. This is one piece of the process you don’t want to sleep on.

I have personally repurchased it many times due to it being the best option when looking for something both affordable and effective! It has simple packaging that wont impact the product balm inside, so it is pretty spill proof if thats something that you need especially when traveling. I think this makeup melting cleansing balm is pretty good. For the price? You possibly cant beat that.

I've been using this product since it first came out, and can say without doubt that I've become addicted… and so has my skin. Especially as I get older. I rely on this amazing product to provide me with the sun protection and moisturizing that my skin needs. It's lightweight, quick drying, and does not leave any sticky residue. I have had this to my list of must have items and it is a daily part of my routine. 100/10

Love this product. Great price and does a great job

I hardly had any stubborn makeup left behind after using this but if there was, double cleansing (as you always should after makeup and spf usage) gets the job done. A plus is that it comes with a lil spoon to scoop up product easily.

The balm melts so easily in the palm of you hand, it emulsifies well and washes of completely with out leaving a film over the skin. 10/10 I would recommend!

I tried this as a more adorable comparison to a cleansing balm I tried before, and I love it. It feels thick and luxurious when applied to dry skin and becomes creamy with the addition of water before rinsing. I use this as the first step in my double cleanse. It’s adorable and lasts a long time. I appreciate that it comes with a tiny scooper so you don’t have to stick your fingers in it.

Takes off all your makeup even my waterproof mascara. Doesn’t burn your eyes and easy to travel with

We absolutely love this melting bomb. We tribe the Clinique melting bomb, and this doesn’t cause irritation in my eyes when I use it on mascara. The only problem is do not have it shipped to you because one of them came melted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The texture is actually very light and not too thick, but I did feel like there was still a film left on my face afterwards. The Makeup completely melted off and for somebody who doesn’t mind that fill me texture it would work because it does make you feel hydrated, but for somebody who has dry skin like me and is used to using gentle cleansers it seemed a little too heavy.
