The ONLY primer that has ever worked for me
I have combo skin. My makeup slides off by midday. I've never been able to find a primer, however, that doesnt feel suffocating or flat. This is the ONLY primer, I've EVER used that works!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP IT AS A PERMANENT PRODUCT, ELF!!
