For best care and maintenance, we would recommend rinsing your mug with water soon after finishing your beverage to avoid letting it sit on the paint for too long. For best results, we also recommend hand-washing the Ember with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge.

    I had the smaller ember mug for many years and decided to try the larger mug and so glad I did! Larger cup of coffee and it keeps hot for many hours. Love the personalization as well!

    This mug was a gift for an exemplary employee. I can, however, speak to my satisfaction with ember mugs having purchased 7 for myself or others. My most recent purchase, a 14oz stainless ember mug2 has not been pressed into service because my 7 year old 14oz black ember mug still works just fine.

    This is my second Ember

    This is my second Ember mug. The first one was a gift and I wore it out. This one is the bigger version, which was my only complaint about my first one. . I wished it was bigger! Now, I don't think I could live without it! Not having to keep heating my coffee up is a total game changer! Love it!
